Recommended
Brian was on time and it was easy to communicate with him. He was nice, humble and patient. Brian picked us up from our hotel in Victoria Falls and dropped us at the border of Botswana. Do note that it is not him who drives you to the activities in Botswana - it would be a different operator in Botswana.
While there were some delays on the Botswana side, we did end up having a nice day for a short game drive in the late morning (2 hours) and a boat safari/cruise in the afternoon.

About delays, please note that we will see to it that we are seamless on the Botswana side however there are some challenges that we cannot avoid like the recent implementation of health procedures on the Botswana side about foot and mouth plus monkey pox.

Nice and flexible tour
It was really easy to communicate with Brian. He was really helpful and flexible. Also game drives were nice and our safari guide/driver made his best to help us to spot many animals.
Vegetarian food wasn’t that good. Just some mayo sandwiches. Maybe for the next vegetarian customers they could offer more options.
