Impressive! First-class experience, budget-friendly and worry-free tour.
Lilian was really keen into assisting clients; all of our queries and worries were answered and catered before we even book the trip. She's a star! They do have a lot of knowledge about the requirements (quarantine, PCR tests, etc.) and can give suggestions for almost about everything. We arrived in Nairobi and was picked up by a very enthusiastic driver, Geoffrey, who has a lot of understanding and grasp of the city. We were then taken to the office and met Lilian and Fiona, who assisted us of our personal needs before we proceed with our tour. The manager, Dave, were very considerate to our requests.
Our Safari driver, Mr. Boneface, kept us safe the whole trip. He has expertise of the roads/locations and has consciousness and awareness of the animals. He caters our needs and made sure that we are comfortable. Met Moses as well from Masai Village who took us a tour in the village. We met Ben from Amboseli who took us to early morning walk in Amboseli.
We were closely monitored by the office in Nairobi for our needs, they always check our comfort. We enjoyed the whole trip because of this wonderful team, Tourist Line Safaris. Amazing experience.

This is a total scam!!! The fotos are not from the hotels you stay, there are extra costs everyday!!
This company puts fotos of magnific hotels and then leaves you on a terrible hotel. There are extra costs everyday, the meals are terrible, the facilities totally not clean, the guide is very rude. Please don'´t book never ever with this company!!!

We would kindly like to address this review.
This particular client booked for a budget safari. Which means, camping & budget hotels. The safari was very much comfortable, as we always give the very best to our clients. However, she wanted a luxury accommodation facility that she saw on our luxury packages online, for free. As a company, that's difficult to do. At this point, this is where she began naming our budget hotels "terrible" and hating on everything, for no particular reason.
The extra cost she is talking about is the PCR tests while crossing the border from Kenya to Tanzania, which is obviously known that we are going through a pandemic, and tests like these are important and mandatory, especially while travelling. Everyone understands this.
In every slight situation even as small as doing a quick picnic lunch, she kept on threatening the driver and yelling at him, telling him "I will call the police!" texting the office on the same as well. We took it light, and tried to make her safari as comfortable as possible, which includes even changing her hotel in Amboseli NP to an upgrade, for free. Still this wasn't enough.
We are highly offended by this client calling us all sorts of names despite us trying our best to make them comfortable. Our clients whom we have served before and even after them, know that we provide the best and quality services at very friendly prices.

Very professional, good service and friendly company.
From the beginning of the safari to the end, my six days safari was amazing. The food was good, the driver guide, Richard was very professional. The team was responsive and very kind. We appreciate this company and surely recommend to all tourists travelling to Kenya and Tanzania.

AMAZING 10 DAYS KENYA AND TANZANIA SAFARI.
I and my family enjoyed our 10 days kenya and Tanzania safari. Masai Mara and Serengeti were the very best. All thanks to the team for reliable communication, the guides, Eric and Josh for being so professional too. Josh helped fix my spoilt camera on safari. My son and me traveled 8 days and enjoyed every moment of it.
From the first contact with Lilian we appreciated the preparation of the safari as well as the 8 days with Edward & Maxwell. Thank you all. My son did not feel well sometimes during the trip. All of the safari team took care about him. I advice the long safari because we enjoyed very much to have more time. I will never forget the honeymoon of the lions in Maasai Mara and the show of the cheetahs. Amazing.

Totally Loved Our Safari Experience
I and my family went for a 14 days Kenya and Tanzania safari with Tourist Line Safaris. Masai Mara and Serengeti were the highlights. We loved the experience. The guide, Vurtex, was very professional. The staff were very swift and nice too. We saw alot of animals, all the big five and enjoyed a variety of activities such as boat rides and bicycle rides. The company is very flexible, and prices match the service. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a safari. Perfect!
