Recommended but read my review
I travelled in Kenya and Tanzania in September/October 2023. I booked my Safari with Tourist Line Safaris.
Tourist Line is basically a tourist agency and not a safari company per se. This I hadn't realised initially. My Safari was sort of adjusted to my wishes which I liked a lot. I was tied to more than one groups, changing drivers and/cars frequently. I met many people during my trip, and it turns out out that there are really a lot of agencies like Tourist Line who collaborate with 'freelance' drivers. This was a bit chaotic at times, but everything worked out fine. I would generally expect better organisation and updates/instructions throughout my trip. Things in Tanzania were more obscure than I would have wanted, something that other people that I met during my trip experienced as well.
Generally everything worked fine for everyone in Kenya, but since most agencies are based in Kenya, the organisation is taken over by other agencies in Tanzania. This again I was not aware of. In the end everything worked fine and I did get to do everything I wanted. Tourist Line was very supportive during my trip and we solved any issues that arose. They also made me the most budget-friendly offer for this trip. I would recommend this agency for a Safari in Kenya and Tanzania, but be aware of the above.

The tour operator is professional, thorough and well organized.
My lady and I took the tour called: "11-Days Kenya and Tanzania Wildlife Budget Safari" in November, 2023. The services provided were fantastic, especially for such a low-priced adventure. The price was far below anything else that I found in my on-line searching! We had so many animal encounters in both countries. The best three safaris in my opinion were: Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. In total, we photographed about 25 different wild animal species. Fiona, our contact at Tourist Line Safaris was very helpful in addressing any questions before and during our 11- day adventure. The accommodations were good considering the low cost options that we chose including tent camping in 3 locations in Tanzania. This is an excellent way to tour East Africa on a budget.

Just a waste of money and time
Recently we had a tour with Trusit Line Safaris their service was not good at all we could not stay with their food. They were feeding us stale food and the accommodation was dirty. I advise to stay away from their services.
Guides often lack adequate knowledge about wildlife and the environment
Tourist line safaris are known for providing subpar experiences that fall short of expectations. Guides often lack adequate knowledge of the wildlife and environment, leading to an uninformative experience. I noticed their guides were new. Vehicles are poorly maintained, making travel uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe. Customer service is also lacking, with complaints about rude or unresponsive staff common. Additionally, the housing provided is often below standard, with reports of unsanitary conditions and misleading descriptions. Overall, the company fails to deliver the quality and professionalism expected from a safari tour operator. Many customers feel that they are not getting good value for their money, making tourist line safaris a less than ideal choice for those looking for an unforgettable safari adventure.
