Incredible aventure with the best crew!
It has been the most magical of experiences! We visited the Serengeti and Ngorongoro during four days. Giovanni was an amazing guide, giving us a lot of information about the animals, the areas and answering any of our questions. We also had the extreme pleasure to eat Joakim’s freshly prepared and delicious food during our safari. Both have made our time in Tanzania unforgettable. Thank you!

Adventure of a lifetime
We did a 1-day hike to Kilimanjaro (Marangu route) ...and it was unforgettable. Our guide Ola was the best - so motivating and reminding us what is really the goal when the hike was the toughest (pole, pole). We had great lunch that was pro used at the Mandara hut after 8km hike, saw beautiful ravens, Colobus and blue monkeys and gained a great feeling of accomplishment. The pick up and drop off from Arusha was seamless. The price was great (please do not ever forget to tip your guide and the driver!!!) - personalized experience, full day adventure and feeling like we are taken care off. Will definitely do it again on the next trip to Tanzania.

Absolutely brilliant, ticked one off the bucket list
We did a fly in safari from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park. We stayed one night in Serengeti and one night in Ngorongo. Our tour guide Geovanni was a gem, he was polite, friendly and knowledgable. He made us feel comfortable as first timers doing Safari.
Would rate it 5* and would not hesitate to recommend.

Good tour at reasonable price
Overall we were pleased with our tour of Ngorongoro crater. Our driver/guide arrived as scheduled and he spoke good English. He adapted as needed based upon the weather (visiting the overview at the end since fog covered in the morning), and worked with other guides to find various animals. We saw plenty of animals including rhinos which we had failed to see on the other two safaris we had done. He also stopped at two gift shop areas on the way back to Arusha which was a bonus.
We only have two complaints. First, we had been told that we could pay be credit card but during our meeting the day before the tour, they were asking for a portion of it to be in cash. We were unprepared since they had told us credit card when we had booked weeks in advance and then also asking again the day before. If they had simply told us they wanted it to be cash, we could have been better prepared for it. In the end, we gave less cash than they wanted and they let us pay the rest of it by credit. Secondly, the lunch had mixed reviews by our family. It was a lunch box and overall it was pretty good, but a few of the foiled cheese wedges were all moldy when opened. We had stopped to get the lunches on our way out from somebody so I don't think the lunches are made by them, but they may want to consider a better supplier.

Excellent
Great communication, real value for money. Their charge was great compared with others. Our guide Giovani arrived very early and waited patiently for us. He was very gentle and polite in his communication. He was very knowledgeable about the location of the animals and educated us on the animals we came across. I will definitely recommend kipok.
