Kilimanjaro climb
We climbed the Kilimanjaro with a group of 4 people. Everything has been amazing. Emmanuel was our guide and he and his team have done everything for us to spend a great time! It has been an amazing experience.
Thanks again to Emmanuel and his team!

Professional and friendly
I went for a 5 day safari trip, around Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater and Arusha National Park and more which was great.
The guides where friendly and professional. We had our own chef and delicious food. The guide communicated with other guides, so we got to see every thing. We had a sleep over at the crater, which I highly recommend. At evening wild elephants came to the camp to drink water.

To sum it up in some words: Cheap, Good, Informative, Hot, Unforgettable
We made great experiences with Kipok Africa on our trip to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater on the second day. Our guide gave us a lot of information and had great eyes. He saw a lion I couldn't see very well threw my camera. The landscapes and the animals are amazing. You won't forget it! The weather was very hot in Tarangire NP in February. So the landscape was dry but still green. Enough water was provided to us and we had an amazing time. We saw hundreds of elephants. Over night we slept in socalled igloos. Good place to stay in the middle of nowhere. We went to Ngorongoro Crater on the next day and it was beautiful. A place that exists only one time on the earth. The only animal of the big five we didn't see on our trip was the leopard but this didn't change the amazing time we experienced. Your Driver/ Guide is very important because he/she tells you a lot of facts about the animals in their natural habitat. So don't forget to tip him at the end of your trip!
To sum it up - A trip with Kipok Africa is absolutely recommendable

Amani is extremely helpful - he paired us with the perfect people and guides for our safari.
The tour Amani arranged went really well. To start off, we were paired with fellow minded fun young travelers and had a great time. Our guide Moses showed us a variety of animals in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, ranging from a family of lions with their cubs, to black rhinos, to hyenas running right next to our dinner table. The accommodations were perfect - including a night spent camping surrounded by cape Buffalo and other animals. We just wish we could have had a couple more meals from our young and talented chef, Saleh. I would recommend this safari to anyone who is considering coming to Tanzania!

Friendly professional and organised worth every minute of safariing !
Operator Amani, our driver Juma and the cook Peter were ready from the very beginning to make us feel relaxed safe and excited. They gave us from before, every information we needed and they really sticked to the program ( even though things could be flexible if we asked them too). We chose the 5 days safari so we could see as much as possible and so we did. Our driver Juma (happily whistling swahili songs) spotted the animals easily and patiently was waiting to catch the action. We saw the "big five" as expected, many times! Due to our low budget two nights we spend camping outside in amazing campsites with super warm tents and sleeping bags. The other two were in beautiful simple two bed lodges with amazing view and friendly happy stuff ( like most of Tanzanian people!) They provided us three rich meals per day and lots of water. We were treated like friends and not clients and this is why i totally recommend this to people who want to feel adventurous but spoiled at the same time.

Wonderful Tanzania Safari Trip
We had a fabulous 5 day trip to northen Tanzania and Kipok was the best choice to live our unique adventure. Our guide was fantastic, friendly and always patient to answer all our questions. Our expectations to see all big five's were fulfilled because of his experience and great eyes!!! Our cook provided us with delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) I really gone miss the morning crepes with peanut butter and the tasty cucumber soup. Metal water was available at any time, and there were frequent peeing stops, also. We stayed at three different camps, all of them had a panoramic view, huge tents,(we slept 3 people together), hot shower water and overall everything was easy and comfortable. We had a fantastic time and well done to all staff at Kipok for taking care of us so much.

Angel was as his name describes and absolute angel extremely supportive and motivating.
I climbed Kilaminjaro with Angelo and his team through Kipok tour company. Angelo was absolute amazing. He was extremely supportive and motivating exactly when I needed it. He was always there asking me how I was doing. He would sing with me and teach me Swahili along the way. Angelo was always so positive and that is exactly what I needed. We talked about the life and culture here in Tanzania and the struggles of COVID. I could not have asked for a better guide or a better experience. The porters were so strong to carry all of the supplies up the mountain. Dauson the waiter was so sweet and such a delight to talk to. The chief, cooked extremely delicious food that was perfect for nourishing the body for such a tough hike. Asante sana!

5 Day Kilimanjaro Climb: Nov 2021
Pro-cheapest price, plentiful food, terrific guide
Con-employee who arranged booking insisted I give him the tip money for guide and porters up front rather than allowing me to distribute the money directly to them myself during or after the climb. Upon return from the climb, the employee gave my tip money to the guide. However, the money was not the same as that which I had given to the employee. The denominations of bills were smaller and it appeared some money had been removed. Would not recommend this company as it seems the office-based employee who handles bookings is stealing some of the tip money from the guides and porters who do all the actual hard work on the mountain
Reply from Kipok Africa Adventures
Posted on Feb 2, 2023The client booked the tour to Kilimanjaro climb with us, and the tour was organized as promised, and the client left the tips to the office which was to be given to the guides and crews when they get back from the climb, the denominations left was in 5000 notes, so when they get back the tips was handed in front of him but with the 10000 notes but the amount is equal , so here is where the client saw it differently, but the guide who took the tips knows exactly how much the tips was left. however, the next day the review was posted reporting the tipping matter and theft.
we tried to reach out the client by phone and by WhatsApp to explain but ended blocking both the management and the guide who received the tip also wrote him explaining the issue that the tip was fully handed to the crew but also blocked the guide, so there was no way to get him or respond to the guides messages.
