Really well organized incredible tour!
Our tour operator was the best. He organized everything for us and was always very responsive when we had questions. We had an amazing time. We visited Massai Village and also did Safari in Serengeti. Everything was provided to us. We loved the meals that were cooked for us by the chef. I highly recommend this tour operator.

Very helpful and friendly and always available for any questions we had.
My husband and I joined a four day tour with Colours of Africa and our experience was outstanding.
We received a full itinerary the moment we booked the tour, and were provided with driving services to and from the airport.
Hamisi, the operator was helpful and took into account requests we had such as vegan meals.
As well as being fun and super energetic, our tour guide Lukas was very professional and knowledgeable. We were lucky to be part of his tour as he was a great animal spotter and we got to see the whole great five including the very rare black rhino!
Another big plus was the food, we received a very satisfying breakfast, lunch and supper every day and the food was always hot and fresh thanks to the chef Libert.
For a budget priced tour it was defiantly a worth it experience, very recommended.

Incredible
Unbelievable. This experience is truly once in a lifetime and with Colors of Africa Tours it is exceptional: 4 days private safari.
We had the opportunity to see all the animals and that in perfect conditions thanks to our guide who became our friend at the end of the trip.
Everything was perfect, both on a human level and in terms of the planning which was concocted for us by my future wife and myself: a chef and a guide for a private safari. The dream.
We highly recommend this Safari experience with this company.
Benjamin (Guide) Collins (Chef) will be forever etched in our memory as well as the kindness of the managers of the company who did everything to facilitate our trip (Thank you Godlisten and Hamis).
Go there and with them, I promise you will have unique moments.

Great Safari & Kilimanjaro Hike
My friend and I did a 3-day safari and 1-day Mt. Kilimanjaro hike. The Colours Africa Tours & Safaris guys were great. They communicated throughout and even answered questions about other cities and our travel plans not related to the actual safari or hike. The experience was overall excellent. The 2 guys set up everything, secured us transportation to and from the airport, met us when we arrived at our hotel to explain everything, and met us again in between the safari and hike to explain that portion to us. They were nice, friendly, and took care of it all.
The safari was exactly what we expected, what they told us, and what we paid for: 3 days, 3 different parks, meals throughout, lodging, and a great safari guide that knew his stuff. The safari lunch was not just boxed meals; it was hot (as hot as it could be anyway after being prepared fresh in the morning and us eating in the afternoon), it was good (chicken, rice, pasta, utensils, etc.), and it included some beer and wine! The safari lodging was perfect for what it was: minimal, but private rooms at a basic hotel with hot water, showers, 3+ course dinners and breakfasts, and welcoming and engaging staff. The hike was also perfect for 2 relatively in shape guys that just wanted to be able to say we did a hike on Kilimanjaro: a little more than 8k up and 8k back for almost 11.5 miles of hiking over 5 hours, plus lunch before the descent back. The hiking guide was awesome; he knew his stuff, talked with us throughout, and kept us on the pace we needed to make sure we were back in time to catch our late afternoon flight.
The only small hiccup we experienced was with the lodging in between the safari and the hike. We've traveled a lot and stayed in some very basic accommodations—no problem. The hotel for this one night, though . . . uuuhhh . . . . It was extremely dirty, the hot water was not functioning, nor was the toilet (which spewed water out the pipe in the back), and the bathroom and place in general was just a trainwreck. Nevertheless, the Colors Africa guys were extremely responsive and apologetic, and vowed to work on that accommodation in the future.
For the money, this was worth it. I'd definitely recommend these guys!
Tips: (1) Be ready to be exhausted! It wouldn't seem like being in a jeep going through these parks all day is taxing, but oh is it! (2) Bring cash for tips—your safari guide; the cook who is making your breakfast, lunch, and dinners; the hiking guide; and driver. (3) Stay away from dark blue and black—wear neutral colors like tans, greens, or anything light—the flies are legit and the biting flies (tsetse) that carry African Sleeping Disease are no joke and are definitely attracted to the dark blue and black. (4) Have fun and remember: hakuna matata—polepole!

Very professional and attentive to the tourists.
We booked a 4-day safari tour and everything was good: the service, the program, the food and above all our guide Benjamin was amazing: he was very well organized, he knows a lot and he is extremely friendly and caring.
You should rather book directly at the tour operator once you are in Arusha and not online, so you pay less.

Excellent Safari
Best Safari Experience
Our positive impression with Colours Africa from our first contact with Hamis our contact at the office, he was responsive to all our communications helping us create a wonderful private safari according to our wishes. We were not disappointed as our 5 day family safari was even better than we expected. Accommodations were amazing. Our guide David took excellent and handled the whole trip flawlessly.
I have no reservations in recommending Colours Africa to anyone looking for excellence.

Amaizing Safari
Godlisten and his team have helped make our vacation perfect in every way. From the hotel staff, driver, chef, and Safari guide Evey's needs were met. Our Safari guide Benjamin, took us off the beaten path to find the big 5 and several other animals. He leveraged his local connections to pinpoint the exact location of all the most famous animals. The chef meshack consistently exceeded our expectations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was great being able to try all the local cuisine. My wife and I would definitely recommend Serengeti Safari to our friends. Bring sunscreen, breathable clothes, and lots of SD cards for pictures!
