Excellent trip, everything was perfect!
Perfect! We have contacted Colours Africa Tours to organize a trip in the north of Tanzania including 4 days of safari and other activities such as hiking. Hamis was able to offer us a tailor-made program that met all our expectations: a canoe trip on the lake, 4 days of safari in the 3 most famous parks, a day of hiking in Kilimanjaro, a walk in the waterfalls and a visit to a coffee plantation. The organization was excellent during the whole trip, Hamis was available at any time to answer our questions before and during the trip. He will also take note of all your remarks, keys of improvement and will make sure that everything goes as well as possible.
It should also be noted that this agency offers an excellent quality/price ratio, I highly recommend it.

Pleasant and trustworthy
We were a group of three girls and we did a 3 day safary tour with this company.
Godlisten, the manager, was really close to us from the beggining and he took care of everything, according to our necessities.
They picked us up from the airport and we spent the nigth in a rather centrally located acommodation in where a lot of safari tourists were located.
We had as guide Simon, who was really funny and considerated to us. Such a nice guy! The first day he brougth us to Taranguire park and he was stoping really patently to every animal we were encountering, always looking for the best location. Second day, Ngorongoro crater, that was spectacular. A mix of amazing animals and landscapes. Third, manyara lake.
Food was delicious, congrats to the chef. And we had a selection of cold beverages in the car's fridge, also included with the price. Including water.
Place to stay was nice, it had a pool and really nice staff.
At the end of our journey, we had a driver, David, that picked us up very punctual from the hotel in our way back to the airport.
Everything with a very competitive price!
I would recommend this company to my friends. Really trustworthy.

We had an unforgettable time at our 4-day safari to Tarangire Nationalpark, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Our Guide was very good and everyone was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and knew where to park
Our guide was Kindu. He was so good at finding the right spots to go and the right stops to stop. Even when an animal sighting was swarmed by other cars, he always found the right place to park. We did a 2 day safari of Tarangire and Ngotongoro Crater. We got to see 4 of the 5 big 5 and it included lunch.

Great safari for affordable price
Great experience. We were able to see so many different animals from very close. Especially camping in the wild in between zebra's and buffalo's made the experience very unique. Although you're very far away from the luxury amenities the cook managed to make amazing food which was different everyday and always delicious. Thanks Colours Africa for this tour and special thanks to Joseph, Simon and Dionys for the guiding and the food.

Sensational Trip!
We did the 4 day safari (Tarangiere, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater) and 1 day Materuni Waterfalls (so no Manyara!)).
We can definitely recommend this tour!
The tour is a great mix of 'original' gamedrive safari (4 days) and cultural experience at the Materuni Waterfalls and the Coffee Farms (1 day).
During the Safari Days our guide Benjamin did great effort to show us the best spots to see the various animals and we were lucky to see spectacular wildlife scenes! We saw all the animals we wanted to see, even lions hunting and a lioness while eating - we missed to see the Rhino though - can't always be lucky :)
Our chef Eric was a great cook and took care of our physical well-being. :)
You have to be aware though, that this is a budget tour and camping in a tent the middle of the Serengeti is certainly not made for everyone. I loved it though and that was another once-in-a-lifetime experience. Don't forget to bring headlights, powerbanks and warm clothes as well for the night!
The one day at Materuni Waterfalls was also great fun - Joel was a funny guide and we had a great day to see how coffee is originally made - and we even could participate in making our own coffee to drink afterwards. The coffee actually was sensational and also it was great to learn a little bit more about the culture of the people around Kilimanjaro. After drinking our (own selfmade!) coffee, we made a 30 minutes hike to Materuni Waterfalls a cool place to hang out (a little bit too cold for a swim for us - but can certainly be done!) - and finished the day with a sensational buffet of local food which was served at the Coffee Place. Superb day!
All in all we look back with no regrets at all and heartly recommend the tour to anybody who wants to have a once-in-a-lifetime-experience.
