Pleasant and unique 7-days journey. 100% Recommended.
Me and my friend had a 7-day private group safari with Meektrails, which I found from this website initially. Despite some miscommunications during the initial quote period, our communication became pleasant and smooth once Diana took over. Accommodations are true to descriptions, lodges and hotels are clean and well-equipped. Our tour guide Peter did superb work. He always know the best places for us to take pictures of the Big Five.
I would definitely come visit Kenya with Meektrails again!

Amazing safari trip - thanks to james and valentine
Our 9-day journey with MeekTrails was incredibly satisfying, especially thanks to their representative, Valentine. She was incredibly responsive, and every time I had a question, she replied immediately. Her professionalism and prompt communication made the entire booking process smooth and reassuring.
Our driver guide, James, was fantastic. He is a very kind and responsible person. We also appreciated his attentiveness and care in ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the journey. He was always accommodating to our requests, and his ability to spot wildlife that we might have missed, along with his insightful explanations about the animals' characteristics, added so much to our adventure. James's professionalism and enthusiasm made this safari trip truly unforgettable.

Great service & amazing experience.
We booked a 7 day safari with meektrails in August 24. Our experience was just amazing - it could not have been much better. From the moment we were picked up and welcomed by our travel consultant, driver and the manager of Meektrails with nice safari hats and water bottles to the very last goodbyes at the Namanga border, we felt service, welcomed, valued and in best hands. Especially our driver Philip did an extraordinary job - not only was he very kind and funny, but also showed tremendous knowledge when it came to finding the greatest spots. In addition he made us feel at home in Kenia any time during the trip :) would always book him when we get back to kenia and a safari maybe with our children at some point.
Regarding the accommodations I can only say - we got what we paid for. We were really happy with all the accommodation - location wise as well as food wise.
Overall a great experience that I can only recommend!

Unforgettable Experience at Masai Mara with Meektrails Safari
Unforgettable experience with Meektrail Safaris. We did a 10 day trip in Kenya and Tanzania which included all day safaris at Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. All booking and co-ordination from India was handled by Meektrail safaris. The guide for the Kenya part of the trip was from Meektrails and the Tanzania half was handled by Serengeti Clarity. Meektrails Safari co-ordinated with Serengeti Clarity for the Tanzania part of the bookings. Our guide Gideon and the team met us when we landed in Nairobi airport. We made our way to the Zebra plains camp in Masai Mara via Land cruiser. The service was exceptional. Hassle free from booking from India and all communication online. Our experience was truly awesome. Saw loads of wildlife including giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, rhinos, wilderbeasts, hyenas, ostriches, loads of birds. The wilder beast crossing was definitely the highlight of the trip and our guide Gideon was very knowledgeable and a great driver. Knew which points to take us to and kept us patiently waiting to catch the crossing which was well worth it. It was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend an African safari with them. Didn't need to bother about anything on the trip. Stayed in tent camps at each location. Our guide took us over to the Isebania border to cross over to Tanzania where we met our guide for the Tanzania part of the trip. Flew out of Arusha to Dar el salam and back to India. Highly recommend doing an African safari in Kenya and Tanzania with Meektrails Safari in Kenya and Serengeti Clarity in Tanzania

Very satisfied
I was very happy to spend 7 days of happy safari with our guide Lucas. Although the trip is tiring, it is an experience I have never had before, and I am very satisfied with the accommodation arrangement. I saw a lot of wild animals, and the guide also worked hard to help us find and introduce animals. The driving skills are also great. Anyway, it's an unforgettable trip.

Kenya Safari w Meektrail
We had a good Kenya tour with Meektrail.
Gadson was a good communicator and coordinator before the trip. He’s the reason i decided on going Kenya with Meektrail.
Aiyona Peter was our guide during the trip. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and each area. We saw and learnt plenty because of him.
Daniel and team also came to meet us during our arrival. They made us feel welcomed.
Overall, Meektrail tour will satisfy most people

Amazing 7 day safari to Kenya!
We had an amazing time on our safari in Kenya. Our guide, Anthony, was brilliant and became part of our family for the week. He was so knowledgeable about all of the animals and was able to answer our many questions! We felt really safe and well looked after throughout the trip. All of the accommodation was fantastic and the staff at each of our lodges were so kind and helpful. The combination of game drives, walks, boat trips and biking was perfect. We got to see the Big 5 and everything else we wanted to see. One of the highlights was seeing a leopard and her two cubs. The whole trip exceeded our expectations and we made some amazing memories that will last forever. Anthony really made it so special for us, we couldn't have asked for more!
Thanks to Daniel and William who met us at our hotel and for helping us to plan our adventure. Thanks also to Lucas who took us out for the day after our safari was over to visit the Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Centre.
I would 100% recommend Meektrails and would book through them again without a doubt.

Sammie is the Man!
We were fortunate to have Sammie as our guide for just over a week. The man is a machine! He was always friendly, welcoming, punctual, kind and was a master on the Nairobi and Massai roads (some of which are insane).
Want to see lots of animals? Check. Want someone who knows the roads inside and out? He's your man. Animals mating every 5 minutes? Yep, saw that too.
Sammie takes a great deal of pride in himself and his guiding. He was funny, a wealth of knowledge, somewhat of a celebrity amongst his peers and without doubt made our safari spectacular.

Well curated with solid lodging and even better game drives; great experience
This was my second experience with Meektrails as a safari outfit. Being our second trip, we wanted to add a bit of variety over the prior trip and opted for a 10 day safari going from Samburu, to Ol Pejeta, to Masai Mara and finishing up the trip with a stop in Naivasha and Amboseli.
Each location was fantastic with incredibly friendly staff and accommodations, but ultimately it was all about the game drives and opportunities for wildlife viewings and that's where our guide/driver came in.
We had James for both of our trips and the guy has proven to be an absolute legend each time. He was happy to accommodate our schedules (as a wildlife photographer, I wanted a few earlier mornings to catch the sunrise/golden hour) and his ability to find and spot wildlife was unmatched. I left this trip with some of the best photos I've ever taken and it wouldn't have been possible without his skills both behind the wheel and what he was able to spot and see.
If you're thinking about picking a photography oriented safari, Meektrails is a great option. To see the type of wildlife viewing potential there is to be had on one of these safaris you can check out my website: www.simonmillerphotography.com where I have shots from both trips.
The only room for improvement I would say for Meektrails would be in communications leading up to the tour date. Just a quick check-in message or email to notify and confirm arrivals, etc as well as an updated or current copy of the itinerary would go a long way to reassure and stoke excitement/anticipation in clients .
