Cazeah, our dedicated personal travel manger, was supportive, accommodating and extremely helpful from the very first moment until the very end of our travel, addressing effectively and promptly each and every detail concerning our itinerary, accommodation and transfers. Excellent holiday
We had a great trip to Masai Mara on Safari helped by Ongeri Luxury safaris. Alex was very helpful with all the quotations and arrangements and was very patient with us making sure we got to our final hotel in Diani beach the Ocean Village near the air strip there. We had a great guide for our game trips and only regret is we did not do the balloon safari which means we will need to come back again.
Most dependable tour operator
Spent a 9 day customized tour with Ongerie and couldn’t be happier. I had a limited budget and Emmanuel made many customizations to make it fit my objectives and places I wanted to visit. Be warned everyone…lots of things can go wrong sur to weather (roads washed out), crazy tourists, and cars breaking down…all are a normal part of safaris but but far of all the tour operators other had, mine handled all the unexpected events the best. I never ever worried as Emmanuel was always one step ahead. Our driver even told me how lucky I was to have them and he deals with many many operators. A little advice for your Safari…pay the extra for the 4x4 Land Cruiser instead of the mini van. Totally worth it. Also, make sure if you do budget you know what it entails. Could mean no wifi and also after 10 pm no electricity in the parks. I also paid a bit more for mid range accommodations and am so glad I did. Experience of a lifetime! Thank you Emanuel!!!❤️❤️❤️

The services provided are very good. From the hotel selection to the pricing. Booking is fast and easy and their agent, Musangi, was able to accommodate last minute bookings and room changes.

Very accommodating
Ongeri expeditions are just excellent in everything they do. They were very responsive and made sure all the questions were answered and requests taken care of. They were very considerate of the prices even though they were one of the top luxury travel agents. My Masai mara trip was memorable because of all the backend work they did for us.

Phenomenal
Alex K. was a pleasure to deal with from day one until the end. He was courteous to make sure all my needs were met, my dietary restrictions were catered for, I was picked up from the airport and transferred to next airport with ease. He followed up with me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the planning process and recommended a good time to have fly down to make it in time to view the migration. My stay at &Beyond Kichwa Tembo was beautiful, peaceful, and nothing short of tranquil. Alex also recommended Tele as my tour guide and he couldn't have been more right about the choice. Tele was a natural at his job and genuinely passionate, and without Alex's recommendation I wouldn't have had a truly amazing experience that I had. I know this is always a team effort so thank you to everyone who contributed in making my first solo trip to Africa the most marvelous and memorable one. Special shout-out to Alex.
