Phenomenal
Alex K. was a pleasure to deal with from day one until the end. He was courteous to make sure all my needs were met, my dietary restrictions were catered for, I was picked up from the airport and transferred to next airport with ease. He followed up with me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the planning process and recommended a good time to have fly down to make it in time to view the migration. My stay at &Beyond Kichwa Tembo was beautiful, peaceful, and nothing short of tranquil. Alex also recommended Tele as my tour guide and he couldn't have been more right about the choice. Tele was a natural at his job and genuinely passionate, and without Alex's recommendation I wouldn't have had a truly amazing experience that I had. I know this is always a team effort so thank you to everyone who contributed in making my first solo trip to Africa the most marvelous and memorable one. Special shout-out to Alex. Choose Alex, you're in good hands. :)

Kilifi Getaway For 2
Our trip was put together quickly once we were sure of the finer details.
There was consistent communication before, during and after the trip, which made the experience smooth.
We stayed at Silver Palm Spa & Resort - about an hour away from the Malindi airport. The resort is a stunning space with more reef than beach.
The staff are friendly and willing to make reasonable adjustments based on client preferences and taste. They are also willing to assist in terms of providing transport as well as activities to enjoy in the area.
The highlight of the trip was our massage in the inhouse spa. It was an intensely calm and relaxing session that melted away any tension we had carried along for the trip. Irene and Regina worked wonders!
Having June from Ongeri Expeditions plan our trip meant all we had to do was show up - taking away a huge chunk of the stress of travelling. Moving forward, we will look to them to plan our travel, both local and international.

Amazing experience with Ongeri Expeditions!
Abner and Cazeah were amazing! They helped us plan such an amazing trip throughout Kenya and Zanzibar. They provided fantastic recommendations on activities and accommodations. Both of them were constantly communicating with us, making the experience so enjoyable.

Amazing Experience in Masai Mara
We contacted Ongeri Expeditions through safaribookings.com for safari in Masai Mara. I was in contact with Cazeah from the beginning. The communication with Cazeah was really good. Every time there were any questions she replied to me immediately. From initial discussions, customising the tours as per our need, choosing the camp in Masai Mara, arranging our pick up and drop off :everything went very smooth. Cazeah was very nice to arrange everything for us. We stayed in Emayian luxury camp in Masai Mara and our guide was Martin. We really enjoyed our stay, food, bush breakfast in our camp. Martin is a really nice and knowledgeable guide. He picked us from the airport and took care of us throughout the trip. He made sure we spot everything during our game drive. He put so much effort in our game drive. We really appreciate it. We are really happy that we had such a wonderful experience. It was an experience of lifetime. Thanks a lot Ongeri Expeditions, Cazeah and Martin.

Martin was so kind, patient and friendly. Simply amazing!
I booked a private safari with Ongeri and told then what kind of experience I wanted and I was so happy to see I made the right choice in going with them. Cazeah was extremely understanding of what i was looking for and she helped me book the right package. She helped me with information regarding vaccines and visas, and we went through a briefing of what i could expect on the trip. She was very present and always got back to me in a timely fashion. They booked me at the spirit of masai mara, a lodge in the conservancy, and had Martin as my guide. He picked me up in Nairobi, and we drove to the Mara, stopping along the way in different towns and experiencing the country a bit. It was wonderful. Martin knew that with the private tour I wanted to stay away from crowds and loud noises and just take in being with the animals in there natural habitat, undisturbed. He would drive quietly and carefully, almost instinctively knowing when to stop for pictures or just to observe, and when to keep going. His driving was beyond amazing, we went off reading along so many different types of terrains, seeking out the animals, and throughout the entire 4 days Martin was patient with me, kept me safe and was just overall such a kind person. He really made me feel welcome and comfortable. His knowledge of the Mara and the animals and the culture are rich, and he shared many stories with me, which I appreciated. I will return to Africa, and book with Ongeri again, and specifically woth Martin as my guide again.

We had a wonderful 4 night travel plan to Samburu then to Ol Pejeta in Nanyuki. Emmanuel from Ongeri made sure we got an amazing deal - great rooms, wonderful hotels and at a price that worked for us. It was a seamless process from first contact. I personally appreciated the in person briefing we got from Emmanuel a few days before our travels. We were on a self drive package but my husband and I are now looking forward to just packing up and letting them take us where the road will lead us. Thank you Ongeri!

Very responsible, friendly and detailed planning.
It was first time for our family to travel to Kenya and we had some concerns as we have two kids (9 and 4yrs old). Cazeah, our tour operator was very proactive in planning and giving us prompt reply on any questions we had prior to the trip.
We spent 3nights in Larsens camp at Samburu which was suggested by Cazeah which was a great place to stay. All the staffs there including Sheena, Peter, Sakita, doctor coke etc served with warm and great service. Room was always kept very clean and every meal was delicious. Our Safari guide George (who was from Ongeri) was very experienced, professional, very kind and gave best effort for us to enjoy the 3days game rides.
We also spent 4 nights at Lalashe at Masai Mara. All the staffs here were also nice including Edward, Moses and many others. Room overall was clean except and nicely designed except the bathroom and toilet looked a bit mismatched. Food was delicious here too. Our Safari guide Julius (from Lalashe) was very passioned about his job, experienced, took good care of the kids and also gave best effort for our full 5days game rides.
Number of animals we saw from the two Safari were unlimited and the masai village visit was also unforgettable.
Overall experience was amazing with very minimal concerns about hygiene and food even with the kids. Kids enjoyed the entire 8days.
