Bad experience

The bad experience start from the condition of the car take us from airport old and dirty . Second the camp in masai mara it suppose to be luxury five stars but i found it’s 3.5 only as per google and as per what i saw and i sent pictures and video to the agent
Also the agent was not helpful and she some times was un polite with my sister .
I paid more than i get

1.Airport Transfer: Initially, we provided an executive high-roof van, regularly maintained for cleanliness and comfort. Upon hearing your concerns, we immediately upgraded your transport to a Mercedes Vito at no additional cost to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

2.Accommodation: During our planning discussions, multiple accommodation options across different budget ranges were presented. Based on your budget selection, the chosen camp was a newly established property from one of our trusted partners. Additionally, we arranged a complimentary upgrade to a more luxurious property as a gesture of goodwill, hoping to enhance your overall experience. We regret that this still did not fully meet your expectations.

3.Service & Communication: Throughout your trip, we maintained continuous communication, promptly addressing any concerns raised. We understand that travel experiences and expectations can differ greatly, and while we endeavored to provide immediate solutions, we deeply regret any remaining dissatisfaction.

4.Professionalism & Respect: Our aim is always to deliver respectful, attentive, and professional service to all our guests. If there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding, please rest assured that our only intention was to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
