SO I DID MY RESEARCH FOR MONTHS AS THIS WAS GONNA BE OUR FIRST SAFARI EVER ..I READ REVIEWS , LOOKED AT YOUTUBE VIDEOS ETC , BUT IT ALL KEPT BRINGING ME BACK TO ONGERI EXPEDITIONS ! SO I GATHERED COURAGE AND MADE A CALL TO THE OWNER , ABNER . FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED HIM , HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RESPONSIVE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS GIVEN THAT I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM . I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND DIDN'T TAKE ME LONG TO MAKE MY DECISION . SO FAST FOWARD , WE HAD VISA PROBLEMS OF WHICH ABNER TOOK CHARGE AND HELPED THE 3 OF US RIGHT AWAY , LET ME TELL YOU GUYS , FROM THE MOMENT YOU HIRE ONGERI EXPEDITIONS , YOU IMMEDIATELY AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY HAVE THE PEACE OF MIND ! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE SUPER EASY . THEN WE HAD SMOOT TRANSITION THROUGH IMMIGRATION WITH THEIR HELP AND INTO THEIR MOST COMFORTABLE , LUXURY SAFARI VEHICLE. WHEN I TELL YOU LUXURY , YOU GOT TO SEE TO BELIEVE ! From the day I contacted Ongeri Expeditions until the day we left Kenya, our experience with this tour operator was exceptional! Abner is a lovely person and a joy to work with. We were in constant communication and he never failed to answer my many questions. He organized our trip to Uganda to go Gorilla Trekking and then on to Kenya for safari in three different and distinct areas. Everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to think about anything but having a fabulous time. Being from Canada it was difficult to find a tour operator and we are so grateful to have been recommended to Ongeri Expeditions. Can’t wait to book with them again.

From the first email from Ongeri, until the departure day at the airport, this company have been excellent.
Musangi was our planner and I could not have wished for anyone better. Musangi was the most wonderful, knowledgeable and kind person ever! My trip was smooth, magical, u forgettable and just perfect. I would definitely recommend this excellent company. Also, Samual our safari driver was just great. Again very knowledgeable, kind, patient and just brilliant.

Amazing Experience
Great company to use to arrange your luxury or standard safari in Kenya, we booked through them at first we was a bit reluctant but June our agent was amazing. I can’t find words to thank her enough for all she done for us and for always being very genuine, happy and responsive. The service was great, the information communication was very good and during our stay she was very responsive and guided us with anything we needed so much so we booked a holiday when in Kenya with them to Swahili beach and arranged all flights and made the whole experience seemless.
If you’re reading this, stop reading and book with them that’s all I can say. Enjoy your safari it’s an amazing experience

Trip of a lifetime!
We planned our first ever African safari trip with Ongeri expeditions and it is hands down, the best trip of our lives yet! We came across Ongeri’s website when we were looking online to book our Kenyan safari trip and reached out to them via email . They planned out our entire itinerary just excluding the international flights . Zippy from Ongeri helped through the walkthrough call before our trip and she was very responsive throughout our trip . Ongeri even made adjustments to our trip due to some changes in our international flights and they made it all so seamless . The experience in Masai Mara was exceptional and everything including the game drives and park fees were pre booked, making the entire process stress-free for us and all we had to do is enjoy the trip and soak in the experience. They had a great driver (Isaac) who took care of the pick up- drop and taking us around Nairobi and he was super helpful . Definitely recommend Ongeri if you are planning a trip to Kenya and if you want to experience the amazing sights of Masai Mara without having to worry about the planning and scheduling, Ongeri takes care of it all!
