Reliable and trusted tour operator
The trip was advertised as affordable safari and couldn’t have been better described. Mike was available by WhatsApp to respond to any query and make last minute changes to our booking. Excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way. Our guide and driver Stanley was a lovely man, very knowledgeable about the places we visited and the wildlife we viewed. He put 110% effort into making sure we saw everything from the best vantage point. He was just wonderful in every way. I would highly recommend the company and Stanley personally.
The guides from the travel agency are superb!
The travel agency unexpectedly changed our hotel without our consent. However, our guide was exceptional - responsible, experienced, and skilled at spotting wildlife. We encountered numerous animals, making this a truly memorable trip. Despite the hotel change, the overall experience was enhanced by our amazing guide.

We had a great and amazing safari exsperience with Shenghena safari adventures. We went on a 3 days safari tour and we visited Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro and Tarangire. The organizer Mike has been efficient and reliable and he has perfectly organized our tour. We stayed a Marera lodge and Kon Tiki Serengeti tended camp; both the accommodations were excellent, but slepping in a tended camp in the midle of Serengeti has been an unforgettable exsperience. From the Moment out Flight arrived our guide Stanley, has been friendly, smilling and Always available . He made our trip an amazing Adventure. Stanley's knowledge of the local wildlife was wery good and we were able to spot a lots of Animals.

Although the email communications with the agency were sometimes a bit sloppy and unclear, they ultimately made an extra effort to respond to our questions and expectations. The efforts of a very passionate and dedicated guide made our experience eventually a dream come true.
Ebenezer excelled at his job. This was not only due to his extensive knowledge about every animal or bird we encountered. He was an excellent driver on extreme roads, was punctual and very professional, but above all had very good skills for dealing with different types of people. We felt heard, safe and cared for as he picked up on every possible question or desire and had an answer for it that pleased everyone, without losing his professionalism. You have the feeling that you are with someone who is extremely passionate about his activities. Experience drive and know a lot about the animals living in the savanna
Safari was amazing, we took a lot of photos, we saw lions, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, buffalo's, Thompson gazelles, a lot of birds and much much more. Makundi is a very good driver and knows a lot about the animals living in the savanna. Don't think, just do it, you will love it!!

Professional and responsible

The organised, Mike, was always available for any question or to solving any problem we faced, either before booking the trip or during the safari. We were totally satisfied with all his arrangements.
