Wonderful
I don’t even have the words to describe how great it was, the most profesional, best service, quality and people. For the best price. I compared a lot of agencies and this one was the best. And after 7 days with them I can only assure that THEY ARE THE BEST.
How professional they were, everything they promised they complied and much more.
Thank you so much Joshua and all his team. Best guide Willy. Sad to go, but we will be back

Very good service. We saw everything they told us we would see. I recommend this company
Very reliable. They were always available to help us when we had questions. The tour was great and we saw all the animals we wanted to see. Very value for the money.

Nice and we will introduce to our friends
I think it’s good and worth it. No matter the food or the experience both good, except the campsite it’s quite cold and kind of messy. But it’s not the company problem.
Also our manager is very good. No matter what problem we have she will help us to fix it. our guide is helpful and really passion. The bicycle tour at Lake manyara is amazing too. But lake manyara car safari feel just soso after we have been to so many places .
Further all, We will introduce to our friends, if we come back. We will find them again.

Lucas was a very good driver and guide
Over all it is a good company. The communication was not always that good. It made me frustrated sometimes.
Lucas our guide was very good, funny and likes joking. He made my trip absolute amazing!

Excellent
Our Safari trip was very impressive. The itinerary arranged by Ngekewa Travel Agency was very good. We saw big5 in Serengeti. Our guide, Said, introduced the types of animals very professionally and patiently. We learned a lot about animals. We are very satisfied with the accommodation arranged by the travel agency, especially the hotel we stayed at in Ngorongoro, wonderful. Thank you Joshua for arranging. After returning to Arusha, Godli took us to see the waterfall and made coffee with the people in the village. This experience was very special and people were very friendly to us. This travel agency is a great choice to go to Safari, Tanzania! Maisha Mairefu! Hakuna matata!

It was 10/10. Very helpful, very kind and reliable.
I strongly recommend Ngekewa Tours to people who want to do Serengeti& Ngorongo safari tour. It really worth the price. The operator is very helpful. The tour guide has been very nice and given us lots of information about the wild animals and the national park. The chef has done fabulous job, the food was more than I expected in both quality and quantity wise.

Wonderful experience
Booked a budget tour through Joshua from Ngekewa tours. I had lots of questions beforehand and he timely and patiently responded to each of them. He arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and booked a bus for us to Dodoma after the safari, as we couldn't find anything online. We did a 3 day safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro (and saw the big 5!) with 2 additional days of activities like a trek to the materuni waterfalls, city tour and a coffee plantation tour. Godi the driver for the first 2 days who picked us from the airport and showed us around Arusha was wonderful as well. He really went out of his way to make sure that we had a safe and fun trip. We had some last minute changes because some people of our tour group had a delayed flight but they solved this by doing the additional activities first and afterwards doing the 3 day safari, so we wouldn't be held up which I think was a very nice solution. During the safari we also stopped at a Masaai village which was very educational but we had to pay an additional 10 dollars for and also expected a tip which we didn't expect as it wasn't mentioned as well as the tip to the chef who made our food. We didn't have extra cash on us except for the tip to the driver which was mentioned beforehand so we felt a bit awkward. The Masaai village wasn't mandatory and it was possible to stay in the car. Apart from this it was a once in a life time experience and great value for money.

Good Safari!
The Safari all together was good, but I changed 3 times the group in 6 days, which is quite annoying in the end.
So I dont know, with which operator I was going exactly.
But in the end it worked out, saw what I like to see and the Game Drives, where good and successfull.
The god thing, different to Kenia, you do need to spot the animals, means like I'm used to it.
The comunicación was very good, you get allways a response If you ask something.

An experience full of tasted flavours, emotions and amazing activities with very good guides.
We have travel with our son and everybody took into account him for the food and activities.

Fab game drive and coffee tour
Can't fault them. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. Good value for money. Picked us up promptly from our hotel. Excellent game drive to Ngorongoro, the tour guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and thoughtful and took his time to find things we really wanted to see (the black rhino and hippos). Lovely home cooked meal, not just sandwiches for lunch. The coffee/waterfall tour the following day was a lot of fun. Soufriane the guide was very helpful. Joined in with all of the activities and made the whole experience special. Baraka and his wife Jessica were very welcoming and we had a great experience cooking our lunch and making our own coffee. We thoroughly recommend this tour.
