The operator has very customer focused approach, professional and extremely kind.
5/5

I contacted the Morningstars operator pretty last minute - 10 days before the start. It was handled in the most professional and understanding way. All process of booking went very smoothly and with respect to my wanting. We spent 1 day in Naivasha and 3 days in Masai Mara National Reserve. It was a breathtaking trip which we won't forget for a long time. Our driver Willy - is the best and the calmest driver you can ever meet. Also, with a lot of knowledge about the area and the Nature. I recommend Willy and the whole Team - the best experience guaranteed.

Our driver, Alex, was the best! Attentive to details and super patient with our requests. We even managed to see the big 5. Super friendly staff. We met the team at arrival and were greeted with a group lunch. Very thoughtful and genuine people. Would definitely book again.

We booked a 9-day safari via Morningstar which included Masai
Mara, Lake Naivasha and Mount Kenya. The whole trip we had was breathtaking and unmemorable in our life. We loved it
so much and enjoyed every minute of it.

Everything, from our driver, the hotels, and safari experience
is excellent. We definitely recommend Morningstar to everyone who want to have a unique safari experience in Kenya.

BIG THANKS to:
Alex, our driver and tour guide, who is very polit and friendly. Alex is also knowledgeable about animals and good at finding good locations for us to take best photos. He really did everything possible to let us see all the animals and catch every wonderful moment during safari.

Dennis who prepares the itinerary for our trip and is always patient to kinds of questions from us.

A full of smiles experience by the best safari tour guide!
5/5

Everything - from the communications organising the safari to the last day of the trip - was super smooth and professional. Dennis, our tour operator, is super responsive, and he shared a lot of ideas tailoring the programme to our requests and needs. Whatever was promised and included in the tour was professionally operated. Alex Mutua, our tour guide and driver, is the most reliable and smiley driver of all. Always on time, and always surprising us during the safari with so many unique moments of animals (we managed to see the Big 5 with his great eye catching!). He made our experience unforgettable!

Masila from Morning Star Tours was awesome! He was a great driver and guide who is truly passionate about his job and the animals in the conservations. He was able to answer all of our questions, he communicated with the other tour guides to share locations of animals to increase our chances of seeing more. He spoke with such enthusiasm about the animals that it was contagious. Wanja was the person who we booked the tour with and she was very communicative, always responding in a timely manner and addressing all of our requests. I would highly recommend this tour company and Masila specifically!

Great tour and excellent customer service from Morning Star
5/5

We booked at quite short notice and Morning Star were helpful in designing an itinerary and making all the arrangements for a mixed Safari and Beach holiday - we enjoyed game drives and walks in reserves and saw a huge number Kenya’s animals and birds.
Places selected to stay at were of high standard and did not disappoint - recommend this tour company

African Safari Adventure: Exploring Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

We embarked on a trip to Kenya and Tanzania from February 16th to February 24th. In December, we reached out to Dennis to help plan our journey. Their professionalism in arranging our itinerary and accommodating our date changes was commendable. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in every aspect of our trip.
For the initial four days in Kenya, we were accompanied by our guide, James. Not only was he an exceptional guide, but also a talented photographer. His precise knowledge of ideal photography spots along our route was remarkable. For any aspiring photographers, I highly recommend James's services. Our journey took us from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, where the first game drive left us somewhat disappointed due to minimal animal sightings. However, subsequent drives in Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara more than made up for it. Despite the season nearing its end and the animals migrating southward, we were thrilled to encounter herds of elephants, pride of lions, cheetahs, solitary buffaloes, and a plethora of zebras and wildebeests. We didn't enjoy the ride in the Hippo River much. We hardly spotted any hippos in the river. However, we did see numerous groups of hippos in the streams we crossed and the lakes we visited.
Our time in Masai Mara coincided with the onset of rain, adding a scenic charm to the landscapes. Nevertheless, the rainfall made our journey from Masai Mara to the Tanzania border quite adventurous. We are immensely grateful to James for safely navigating us through the challenging conditions and extend our heartfelt thanks to the rangers and cattle herders who provided invaluable guidance along the way.

From the Sirari Tanzania border, our guide Jackson was incredibly enthusiastic. As the animals had migrated to the south Serengeti, we were treated to the sight of thousands and thousands of zebras, wildebeests, and wild buffaloes, along with encounters with the big four (though unfortunately, we missed out on spotting a leopard). Despite losing our way in Serengeti National Park, we embraced it as part of the adventure. The Ngorongoro Crater was an unforgettable experience. Surprisingly, we saw more flamingos in the crater than at Lake Nakuru.
Throughout our journey, we stayed at seven different hotels over eight nights. Sarova at Lake Nakuru stood out as one of the best. The cook, Mr. Richardson, prepared for us a delicious masala dosa, which was a highlight of our Indian breakfast experience. Staying at various camps also provided unique adventures, from spotting hyenas close to our tents to waking up to the sight of giraffes nearby.

Overall, the experience was great. A big thanks to Dennis, James, and Jackson from Morning Star. Hope to see you again!
