Excellent safari journey with MorningStar
We 2 persons, chose Morningstar as our safari agency becasue of a quite detailed, prompt response from Alice. She is always helpful, patient and agile for all my questions or the situations we met. All quotations has the breakdown, even proposal changes, there will be a transparent update on the quotation which make us feel morningstar is reliable. It might not be the cheapest price but it's our choose to secure us a pleasant, expected journey in Africa.
Morningstar is quite reliable, you can also find that they had a good relationship with the lodges/camps when we check-in in different places.
Alice arranged Willy as our 10 days safari guide and driver, I highly recommend Willy as the safari guide because of his excellent drive skills (safety first especially you may have long-time drive from one national park to another), rich experience on animals behavior and habitat! The most important thing is that Willy highly repect the animals, he knows what kind of distance should be kept between the vehicle and animals, so that the wildlift can be respected and protected, while the guests can also get the good photoes. We should always respect the wildlife, this is their home.
I would recommend morningstar to our friends.

Morning star was a excellent choice. What got exactly what was agreed, they shared multiple quotes promptly and kept in touch. Even though there were unforseen changes to one if tge resorts, alternatives were offered in advance.
This was a long planned trip and thanks to Morning star it turned out very well.

We recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on an unforgettable safari adventure in Kenya and Tanzania, expertly organized by Dennis. I can't recommend him highly enough. His patience and helpfulness made the planning process seamless, and his prompt responses ensured that our itinerary was finalized without a hitch.
What truly elevated our experience were our exceptional guides, Willie in Kenya and Jackson in Tanzania. Both are incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, parks, and their countries, bringing a wealth of expertise to each game drive. They went above and beyond to help us spot all the animals we were eager to see, especially since this was our first safari experience. Great safari by Morning Star Tours. Would recommend to arrange your safari....guides, vehicle and accomodation all first class. Obviously it is not guaranteed to see everything you want....but the guides were able to put us in the best position to see the big 5 and give us a great experience.

We recently booked our honeymoon with Morning Star and they were excellent. We were dealing with Alice who helped us plan our perfect trip. Alice was very responsive to our queries, gave excellent suggestions on our itinerary and was very accommodating of any specific requests we had. The trip itself was excellent value for money and the accommodation was perfect and exactly as described. We had a fantastic time. Special thanks also to our excellent guides Alex and James (King James!!) for a fantastic safari. They were brilliant guides with great local knowledge and showed us the very best of what Kenyan safari has to offer. We can’t wait to visit again!

Best travel experience of my life
When I set about researching tour companies for our bucket list trip Kenya, I was overwhelmed. There are SO many tour companies and it takes a lot of time to contact each one, state your budget and preferences, and whittle down the many quotes.
This is a trip I've been wanting to do since a little girl and although I didn't have an endless budget, I wanted to make sure we didn't cut important corners.
As a Service Designer, I am very critical about all interactions from businesses and I tend to assess them with a work mindset. Straight off the bat, my communications with Dennis were pleasant and helpful, and I LOVED the digital itinerary they sent us. A little thing that was tangible and full of amazing photos, which certainly helped with our decision.
When we arrived at Nairobi, even after a flight delay, we were met with a smile by our driver and were taken safely to the city hotel for a night of relaxing before a big week ahead. No issues at all.
We were lucky to have the wonderful Rono as our guide for the week and he was INCREDIBLE. Firstly, the Land Cruiser was new and comfortable. Second, he drove very well and there was 100% trust in him, which is important when you see some of the driving on the roads in Kenya!
Throughout the entire trip (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, we were blown away again and again. I kept saying each day couldn't get better, but they just kept getting better. We spotted so many amazing animals, including 2 Leopard's and Morningstar arranged a vegan birthday cake for us at out Masai Lodge. THANK YOU!
They went above and beyond.
So, I know you all have big decisions to make, but please choose Morningstar. They accommodated our mid-range budget and were always answering questions, even after hours.

Trustable and organized
Our trip was 12 days: divided into 8 days Safari and 4 days at the beach. Dennis, was our travel consultant, he organized every single detail for us and he was very available to adjust the plans according to our wishes.
The lovely Simon picked us up from the airport and he immediately let us feel welcomed.
Augustine was our driver and guide for the majority of the trip. He is a very skilled and experienced driver, a prepared guide and an amazing person. He shared with us all his knowledge about animals, nature, culture and traditions during our game drives and the long transfer rides and we couldn't have wished for a better guide. He has an amazing eye and energy and we got to see all the big five multiple times.
The accommodations chosen during the safari were in perfect location: inside the parks or near the gate. Hopefully, we will come back in the near future!

Just Amazing!
So my sister and I booked an overnight tour to Amboseli National Park with Morningstar Tours & Travel. The initial booking process was very easy as Emma was very prompt with the quote and changing it to my liking. I wanted to stay at a different camp then was featured and they were flexible and made the change (we wanted to stay at Kibo Camp).
Our guide was James, who picked us up promptly and on time at 7:30am to make the drive to Amboseli. The drive was smooth and fun as James took the time to explain different sites and features along the way. Also, his music was awesome!
After we arrived and had lunch, James took us on our afternoon/evening game drive around the park. When I say James knew what he was doing! He knew exactly were to go to see the animals we wanted to see - we were able to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, hippos, and a bunch more animals. And we stayed in the park long enough to see the sunset....OMG, James knew exactly where to go to see the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. We were so happy as we got to see everything we really wanted to on the first day. I mentioned I had wanted to see elephants with My Kilimanjaro in the background but the mountain was cloudy so I didn't get too.
The next morning, we promptly started our drive at 5:50am and James took us to a spot where we got to see a herd of elephants but also, the backdrop was a beautiful sunrise.
James had listened to what I said about seeing Elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and he took me to the perfect place to get my photo as the mount view had cleared. When I tell you I could die happy!!!!!!
James was absolutely amazing! Like if I could give 20 stars I would. He is the reason why you get an experienced guide to bring you on games drives! We literally got to see EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Ughhhh I keep looking at the photos and videos I was able to take because it feels surreal.
I could not recommend Morningstar Tour & Travel company enough. I definitely will use them if I am able to come back to Africa and do more safaris.
