Just Amazing!
So my sister and I booked an overnight tour to Amboseli National Park with Morningstar Tours & Travel. The initial booking process was very easy as Emma was very prompt with the quote and changing it to my liking. I wanted to stay at a different camp then was featured and they were flexible and made the change (we wanted to stay at Kibo Camp).
Our guide was James, who picked us up promptly and on time at 7:30am to make the drive to Amboseli. The drive was smooth and fun as James took the time to explain different sites and features along the way. Also, his music was awesome!
After we arrived and had lunch, James took us on our afternoon/evening game drive around the park. When I say James knew what he was doing! He knew exactly were to go to see the animals we wanted to see - we were able to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, hippos, and a bunch more animals. And we stayed in the park long enough to see the sunset....OMG, James knew exactly where to go to see the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. We were so happy as we got to see everything we really wanted to on the first day. I mentioned I had wanted to see elephants with My Kilimanjaro in the background but the mountain was cloudy so I didn't get too.
The next morning, we promptly started our drive at 5:50am and James took us to a spot where we got to see a herd of elephants but also, the backdrop was a beautiful sunrise.
James had listened to what I said about seeing Elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and he took me to the perfect place to get my photo as the mount view had cleared. When I tell you I could die happy!!!!!!
James was absolutely amazing! Like if I could give 20 stars I would. He is the reason why you get an experienced guide to bring you on games drives! We literally got to see EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Ughhhh I keep looking at the photos and videos I was able to take because it feels surreal.
I could not recommend Morningstar Tour & Travel company enough. I definitely will use them if I am able to come back to Africa and do more safaris.
Asante sana!!!!!

Excellent response to all queries, the safari was well organised and covered everything we wanted.
Dennis our travel consultant went out of his way to create an itinerary that covered everything we wanted to do and he was prompt with all responses despite the many changes that we made. Our 9 day safari to Kenya and Tanzania which included 4 national parks went off without a hitch. The accommodation and food were excellent, our drivers Alex, Jackson and Augustine were all fabulous, seeking out the animals we wanted to see and trying to get us as close as possible, telling us stories, willingly sharing their vast knowledge of the animals and parks and allowing us plenty of time to take photos. Everything went very smoothly and went above our expectations. Everywhere we went we felt very welcome which made the whole experience truly memorable.

Very responsible and compassionate.
MorningStar is a group that was about to take us on a Safari in Kenya when we suddenly faced a nightmarish situation.
Young men Dennis and Alex were ready to pick us up to go on a safari. We were a group of six and our average age was 75. One person in our group, slumped and fell as he was coming to join us at the reception. He had a cardiac arrest and passed away in the corridor. Everything went topsy- turvy.
Dennis and Alex came over and immediately told us they will take care of everything and we didn’t have to do anything. Exactly according to their words, the employees of Morning Star were with us from the first day until they put us in the plane back to the US.
Morning star employees said they will take care of every detail for us and told us we can continue to stay in the same hotel and do not have to worry about anything. Sure enough we did not have to hassle with anything. They took care of the formalities in the funeral home, procuring the death certificate, informing the US Embassy. At the same time they were talking to us and helping us to process our grief. Alex and Dennis took on the whole responsibility with a smile.
The MorningStar employees made everything easy, smooth and efficient. I recommend them from the bottom of my heart for any group that wants to go on a Safari. These are great guys who make sure you are in comfort throughout and, I am sure, will give you an unforgettable Safari experience!

so excellent trip and a really good service from Morning Star
Before the trip started:
Joysharon gave fast response to emails and answers to questions: because it was the first time I went there so I had a lot of questions listed one by one and they responded to them one by one, which was a lot of peace of mind It took me about 3 days to confirm them.
The rooms were all available and well booked: we actually chose the most popular hotels throughout the trip not only were we able to book 3 rooms, but when we arrived, we found that they would automatically help us to arrange a better type of room in the hotel, for example, navasha arranged for a room by the lake!
After paying the deposit, they also provide us with WeChat, so that Chinese guests can contact us at any time.
During the trip
Overall service experience is good: safari car is 4 * 4 landcrusier we all feel that the car is bigger than other road to see 6 people seat is very comfortable; bottled water unlimited free drink to save a lot of money;
no invisible consumption: almost completely according to the itinerary
Our guide's name was Alex, he was never late during the 7 days, although we were more than half an hour late every day, but he always told us hakuna matata; on the last day, we said we wanted to find a supermarket to buy some tea as a gift, he took us to a local supermarket, it's very cheap and very local; he even washed the car 3 times during the 7 days, it was really sweet.

Fantastic Safari Adventure with a Highly Professional Team!
We had a fantastic experience with Morningstar Safari! Our driver and guide, Stephen, was extremely professional. He navigated even the roughest roads carefully, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. On main roads, he drove fast and safely, helping us reach each destination quickly. When spotting wildlife, Stephen gave us plenty of time to observe them and take photos, and shared fun facts about the animals. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five and many other unique species, filling our photo albums with unforgettable moments.
Our travel consultant, Dennis, was also exceptional. During the planning stages, he promptly made adjustments to our itinerary based on our feedback. He handled all the hotel bookings, park tickets, and more. When we encountered a problem with our hotel room one night, I called Dennis, and he responded immediately. He communicated with the hotel manager and secured a better compensation for us.
A few suggestions:
1. The vehicle was a bit outdated compared to other safari cars and lacked charging ports, which would have been useful on long drives.
2. We also nearly missed the rhino, even though they were quite close. Fortunately, I spotted them after standing up, allowing us to capture this memorable moment.
3. Additionally, after paying the deposit, Dennis became a bit slower in responding to messages, and we didn't receive much guidance or attention before the trip, which would have been helpful for better preparation.
Although there are still some points for improvement, we are overall very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Morningstar Safari!

Very thoughtful, very timely, very accurate, very good
This trip is my honeymoon with my wife. I will not talk much about the beautiful scenery in Africa, but mainly share my recognition of the travel agency. Alice responded to my every need in a timely and accurate manner, provided different suggestions, and made people feel at home. And the attitude was very good, the animal knowledge was very profound, it was a very perfect trip

Very professional and available to respond to every request.
Very well organized and available to respond to every request. Both Joy on the booking side and Mike as driver and guide during the safari were very professional. Joy came to meet us to introduce us to Mike at the beginning of the trip and came to say goodbye at the end. With Mike we felt at ease and we saw all the animals of the savannah. The lodges were also excellent. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing Trip
We had the pleasure of working with Wanja to plan our first trip to Kenya. We received several quotes but Morningstar stood out based on their attention to detail and excellent communication. As far as pricing is concerned, it was comparable to others. We went on safaris Nairobi, Amboseli, and Tsavo national parks. We stayed at luxury lodges and had the best experience. Our tour guide Francis was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable and safe. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and the terrain. For each location of our safari we had no worries and all we had to do was show up. We saw almost all of the animals we wanted to except for a leopard. We finished out our trip with a few nights at Diani Beach. There was a little snag upon arrival in Mombasa but the issue was resolved and we were on our way. We used multiple forms of transportation and went on some amazing excursions...train, plane, jeep, hot air balloon, and Dhow boat. It was an adventure that my entire family enjoyed and was suitable for the varying age groups ranging from 40-70+. Definitely give them a shot and choose the higher end lodges. I can't say enough about Kilaguni Serena in Tsavo. The view was breathtaking. Also, the hot air balloon safari with Killamanjaro in the background was another unique and Soul satisfying moment. Our stay at Diani Beach was wonderful and the food was perfectly balanced, fresh, and delicious. Kudos to Swahili Beach resort (old but well maintaine) a very beautiful property with beautiful grounds. Definitely get a spa treatment.

A wonderful well planned safari experience.
Dennis from Morningstar organized our trip, 2 nights in Nairobi, 8 nights on safari then 4 nights at Diani Beach. Everything went smoothly, our safari guide/driver Willy, was amazing, making sure we got to see the animals close up and was also very informative about the animals. Dennis checked in with us to make sure things were going smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this company for safari trips.
