Great safari experience
It was our first safari ever and it was a great experience!
Alex was a really nice guide always communicating with other guides about where the animals are and bringing us in the best spots. Also the picked camps and lodges were amazing. Dennis always made sure we are fine and also made some special requests possible for us.

Wonderful bucket list safari
I am so glad we chose Morningstar tours for our safari. Joy was so professional and responsive and worked with me on all my needs to make my dream trip to Masai Mara possible. The itinerary she provided was clear and the breakdown of charges was reassuring. She checked in with us every day to make sure we had no problems on the trip or hiccups were handled easily. After the trip, she made sure we made it home safely and encouraged us to return soon.
We went during the wet season at the end of April, which we actually preferred because it wasn’t too hot and the rain came mostly at night, bringing beautiful thunderstorms to watch. Also, we felt we had the place to ourselves and didn’t have to compete for facilities or game watching.
Alex Masila was fabulous driver. He was a bit quiet on the drive out to Masai Mara but in the park, he was very informative when we saw big game. When I asked him specific questions about the animals or the locals, he always had a lot to say, so make sure that you ask a lot of questions. He’s a wealth of information about both animals and birds! He was also connected with the other drivers and the park was like a second home for him. He knew where to find the animals in their territories, which made our first day super exciting as we saw four of the big five. He was always prompt and ready to go. He always took care of our needs, even though he has the bladder of an elephant.

Professional and welcoming
Excellent customer service and very welcoming staff! I went on this trip with my cousin who chose Morningstar to arrange everything for us. The driver guides were caring and friendly. Thanks to them we saw a lot of wild animals including the Big 5! The accommodation was comfortable and safe. I really enjoy this trip arranged by Morningstar and will recommend it to other travelers.

African hospitality is the best!
I'd like to add one more review for Morningstar. They gave us a T-shirt and some African tea and coffee as gifts. On our way to the airport at the end of our trip, the Director Robert and the consultant Dennis came to meet us in person and took us to a local restaurant for a complimentary lunch. What a surprise! How sweet they are! People, just book with Morningstar. We are very glad with our choice!

Friendly professional
My correspondance from Europe with Mrs Alice was consistent and perfect to organise the safari in the lodge of our choice. Her patience and kindness is a touch of excellency. The driver Joseph picked us up at Nairobi airport as planned and made our safari fun and chill. His knowledge & perseverance & patience combined allowed us to see the big 4 not the big 5 as expected as the rhino is hard to find. We highly recommend Morningstar as a serious operator in Kenya.

Greatly organized and responsive
I wanted to discover the Amboseli wildlife preservation park in Kenya, asked for it to different « Safari operators ». The best accommodations were proposed by Morning Star. During the trip, I also discovered the professionalism of the team, the expertise of the guide and had an amazing experience. You want to try something else than the classical driving game ? Fantastic
Dennis and the team went above and beyond to deliver my safari experience.
The communication was fantastic from the outset and they customised an itinerary for my particular requirements. They also helped greatly with some of the administrative issues.
The accommodation sourced was first class, and the drivers were excellent - Jackson in particular.
