A real lifetime experience
Our 3-days safari (Serengeti and Ngorongoro) was perfect.
Mary was really helpful and patient, she aswered all my questions before the safari...and I had a lot as we travelled there from Europe by ourselves, not with an organized group or so.
Everything went perfectly well.
Then we met Mary and Morgan, our tour guide at the airport.
Morgan is an enthusiastic, young guide with more years of safari experience.
He knows a lot about the wildlife there and he loves telling and showing everything to his guests.
All of our 3 days there were breathtaking and amazing...we have seen the big five and a lot of other incredible gems of nature.
Our accommodations and the catering were also super.
We will definitely go back there again...and we will choose Psalms Adventures again for sure. :)
Thank you for this incredible lifetime experience guys, we are really grateful for you all!!

Incredible experience, close customer relations /incroyable expérience, grande proximité avec client
I highly recommend this agency for the safari tour near Arusha. I did 1 day at Moshi village and the waterfalls near Kilimanjaro. Then I did a 3-day safari: 2 days at Serengeti Park and 1 day at Ngorogo Crater. Wines of the agency also booked my hotel nights and planes tickets. I was particularly delighted with the way the tour was organized from start to finish. The information and explanations were clear and detailed. Everything was transparent. Knowing that I was also traveling alone, Wines gave me really good advice. I even changed my itinerary a few days before the start of the tour, and she did everything she could to find me a place with a group. Wines is incredible and a good listener who can be contacted at any time. There was only 1 time when I just had to ask her about the guide's schedule the day before. But as I've already said, I changed my itinerary at the last minute and she was very reactive to get back to me.
The agency also offered me a night in a hotel and Wines showed me around Arusha while I was waiting to fly to Zanzibar.

The most profitable price, wonderful experience, but you should control each step
We were 2 of us and we've chosen 3-days tour: Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro & Tarangire.
It was wonderful and unforgettable experience! I would rate it like 4,5 - not 4, not 5 :)
Advantages:
1/ The best price and good value for money
2/ Agency considered our situation within bank card (we did not have any opportunity to pay in advance) and booked our tour without any prepayment
3/ The provided lodge was astonishing - Marera View Lodge (close to Ngorongoro)
4/ When our flight back was cancelled the agency provided us the hotel in Arusha for free (Arusha Tourist inn - not very modern and clear place, but for one night it's ok)
5/ Lunches in the parks were really tasty (rice, chicken, stew vegetables, lentil in tomato sauce and different drinks incl beer and wine)
6/ Guides were very nice and experienced, especially Malissa - thanks a lot!
Sone nuances.
You should check and control ALL details before and during the tour:
1/ lodge/camping - one of them was changed because of the shower absence in the room (after my questions)
2/ tickets to/from Arusha (we stayed in Zanzibar): at first we have agreed to have a flight back at 17:30 - right our 3rd day' program, but agency sent us a tickets for 14:30 and I should put the attention of our manager that we wouldn't have enough time to the 3rd day program. So, they changed our tickets, but only after my remark
3/ you won't be provided with exact schedule: e.g. according to our proposal we should go first to Tarangire, but when the agency met us in the airport and I asked about park of the day (if it would be Tarangire), at first they were a bit surprised and than told us that it would be Lake Manyara and Tarangire on the 3rd day. +Don't forget to ask a GUIDE about the exact pick up time for the next day of the tour!
4/ transfers - if you stay in Zanzibar don't forget to ask which exact transfer is included in the total price: because ours was only from Stone Town (that's located 15 minutes from ZNZ airport) and I knew it only after sending address of our hotel (that was in Ningwi, ~1h15min from the airport). So I should pay +80$ to the total price

Wines was amazing from start to finish. Communication consistent and so so helpful. 10/10
My plans kept changing even six days before my Safarai was about to start I had to change my route and it was no hassle. Super communication. And definitely got me the best value for money. Strongly recommend

Wines is extremely kind and thoughtful, and also, very importantly, super easy to communicate with!
We had a tour of Stone Town, a safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and we had a tour of the foothills of Kilimanjaro. Every single person who helped us through the whole journey was extreme kind and considerate and very helpful. We had a great time making friends with everyone and the tour was flawless. We will definitely be coming back and using Psalms Adventures again!

Very helpful, very experienced, was always with us even at the markets, and very good safari
They helped us to buy simcards, they took us to the best places of Arusha, but the best thing was that the drivers (William and Godi) was very experienced. We watched all the animals, and the drivers was explaining everything!

Wonderful safari
I went on safari with my family with psalms adventure, and we enjoyed it!
We loved the guide Godi when we went to the coffee plantation. The safari was good, and we loved the Moyo tented lodge in the Serengeti. We saw a lot of animals. Wines was very kind and made the safari we wanted!

Great communication all round which led to an perfect safari experience which we’d book again
Psalms gave us an absolutely astonishing experience. Expectations were met and exceeded. The best part is the easy and direct communication with the office. Besides that all the guides were very experienced and showed us all the best parts of Tanzania.

Fantastic
*Perfect from start to finish*
We started planning for a Tanzanian Vacation back in February when things were simpler. From February until 4 weeks before arriving, we've had to adjust multiple time our plans and at each and every time Psalms Adventures supported us and helped us make the correct adjustments. In the end, when we landed in Kilimanjaro airport and that we were greeted by our driver Salim all of that stress went away and boy did we enjoyed it!
The day after our arrival we headed to the main office where we meet with Carlson to confirm our all of our lodges and arrangements. Our trip was split in two parts, A safari of 8 days and 5 days into Zanzibar. Throughout the whole journey, they made sure to get in touch with us to confirm everything was correct and that for example we landed safely into Zanzibar. It was never intrusive, just the correct number of checks to make us feel secure.
As far as the Safari goes, 8 days is sufficient enough to see all you’ll be able to see.
I could also describe in full details all the animals we've seen, everything Salim made to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, his deep experience of the land, but in the end the most important part you need to know is that we definitely recommend them.
We know it can be scary to book with a company on the other side of the world, but as you'll see in the picture this is a huge company with vast resources and a more than helpful staff. All of the suggestions they made to us were above expectation(Lodging in Serengeti, Resort in Zanzibar, etc.) and in the end that’s what you’re looking into a Safari Tour provider!

From start to finish was an exceptional services
Best Africa holiday for me.
From the moment we stepped off the plane in Kilimanjaro. After a long day of travelling having someone greet you and assist in getting you through immigration was priceless. Every step of our trip that we needed assistance Marry had thought it out and had someone there to help. You need help navigate Tanzania, this agency went above our expectations.
Our guide Lucas was a pleasure to work with, made sure we got to see what we wanted for as long as we wanted and answered all our questions about animals, the Tanzania culture and where to get some great local souvenirs. The wildlife was amazing. Our overall experience was great. Highly recommend them. Remember to take some nice summer dresses.
