beyond my expectations, incredible tour
Jackson prepared an excellent tour which perfectly met my expectations, with very good accommodation (very beautiful view, good bedding, good cuisine). he was very responsive to my needs and we even did extra things
Jonathan was perfectly on time and drove me safely to all destinations. he is an excellent driver with a pleasant conversation who is entirely at your service.

Trip of a lifetime thanks to Uganda Family Tours!!
I can’t recommend Uganda Family Tours enough!! I was referred to them by a fellow traveler and am so thankful. Jackson communicated to me promptly while I was planning my trip from the States and we spoke via WhatsApp and planned an 8 day itinerary with a pickup from Entebbe and drop off in Kigali. Jackson even stopped by the Entebbe airport before I left to check on my visa situation. Roland picked me up in Entebbe and I had an amazing trip touring Uganda! Tubing on the Nile, hiking at Rwenzori mountains, waking up to elephants outside my cabin in the bush, chimpanzees, and of course the gorilla trekking which was an experience I will never forget!! Roland was super cool and ensured my safety and enjoyment the entire tip! If you are considering a trip to Uganda don’t hesitate to contact Uganda Family Tours you will be happy you did!!

We recently went on a family tour of Uganda, and it was an incredible experience! Our guide, Jackson, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to answer our questions or go the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. He really made the trip unforgettable.
Uganda is such a beautiful country, and thanks to Jackson, we were able to explore it in depth, from the stunning landscapes to the vibrant culture. The accommodations were excellent, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The food was a highlight as well—delicious, varied, and gave us a true taste of the local cuisine.
We would definitely recommend this tour to any family looking for an adventure in Uganda. It was a perfect balance of relaxation and discovery!

The safari and the Nile boat excursion met all of my expectations! We saw three of the four large animals: elephants, lions, and hippos, as well as a jackal, giraffes, water buffaloes and many others.

An amazing experience with amazing people!
This is my third time to use Uganda Family Tours & Travel. Jackson and his team are the BEST of the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They will not disappoint you. You will never meet a group of more kind, considerate, and hardworking men. They did so much behind the scenes for us and were very accommodating to our group of 19 people. Each one of them has a deep love for their job and it reflects in how they guide the safari. I am so happy we found them because no trip to Uganda would be the same without them. I am excited for many more times to come with Uganda Family Tours & Travel! I cannot recommend them enough!

Jackson & his crew were 100% AMAZING!!!
This was my first safari and I had no idea what to expect. Because of the size of our group, we needed 3 vehicles. We were very pleased with the price of the tour. Jackson and 2 other drivers picked us up on time. The vehicles that we rode in were clean and roomy. We were able to get amazing photos with the lift up roof. Jackson and his crew were very knowledgeable about the animals that we saw - and we saw many animals. Not only did they have interesting facts to share, but they knew where to find the animals. They made frequent stops for us to have time to take pictures and just observe the animals in their natural habitat. We were never rushed from point A to point B. When I return next year, I will be booking Uganda Family Tours & Travels again!

We had Jackson as our guide and he was so wonderful! So kind and good-natured , and also very knowledgeable about all the animals and great at spotting them, even from a far distance! It was informative, lots of native animals to see, can get close to falls. Worth your time.

A Destination and tour provider not to be missed
We have just completed 13 days with Jackson and Uganda Family Tours .
Jackson looked after us extremely well and ensured it was an enjoyable and safe trip .
Highlights were Gorilla trekking , Chimpanzee trekking , Kazinga channel boat ride and Murchison Falls National Park and boat ride plus viewing the top of the Falls which was amazing . Finishing with a Shoebill sighting and Great Blue Turaco at Mabamba Swamp capped a perfect trip .
Jackson rode the fine line of being on hand when needed and giving us our space beautifully . For those contemplating a trip to Uganda this is an amazing country with a diversity of activities that are hard to match .
You will not do better than Jackson and his team who take great pride in delivering a service second to none .
