We are a family with 10 and 14 years old kids and where traveling for the first time to Afrika. After requesting offerings from different companies for a Safari we found this agency with a personal touch and decided to book the tour with Hospitality shuttle. This agency was very reliable from the very beginning and accommodating with all your wishes. They stood on our side through the whole applicational process and met us personally before the Safari started. During the Safari we could contact Bob any time and he would immediately help. Great trip
