Made the trip a huge success, an absolutely amazing experience.
The communication with Wanderlust was great from the first time I reached out. I told them that I was looking to book a 2 day safari but would like it to be 2 different locations. Tongai emailed back with a detailed description of each of the 2 days. To be honest I thought I was just booking a safari but what I got was so much more. Through out the entire process Wanderlust and specifically Tongai continued to stay in constant communication offering to help with every step along the way.
Our original plan was to arrive in Victoria falls early afternoon on Tuesday and spend time visiting the falls and shopping, however, we had vehicle troubles (completely unrelated to Wanderlust and Tongai) and were not able to arrive until after dark, so we had to change our plans. Tongai helped us adjust our schedule and made sure that we were able to do everything that we wanted to do, including coming to pick us up from our accommodations and taking us to Victoria Falls at 6:00am, prior to taking us to the airport. This was not even part of the original arrangements that we had made but Tongai went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we got the most out of our experience.
If you are planning a visit to Zimbabwe/Botswana, I highly recommend Wanderlust for an amazing experience. If and when I return I will be reaching out to them again.

Satisfied beyond expectation
Tongai was an excellent host, he went above and beyond, and I felt safe and my trip was fantastic. From on-time airport pick-ups and patience as I tried to locate my suitcase, all the way to ensure I got a ticket to the Vic Falls Carnival. Thank you for being authentic and a true good human.

Wanderlust were fabulous. Efficient, trustworthy, fun and go out of their way to please.
We did a 2 day safari with Wanderlust from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park. They were always on time, the accomodation they booked was better than expected, and they were lovely to deal with. Tongai always responded to our emails quickly and clearly. We also did safaris with other companies while we were in Zimbabwe and Wanderlust were far superior. I have a wonderful tour in Zimbabwe under Wanderlust . The owner himself
pick us up at the airport and personally
guided / drove us in our tour . He even assist us to a helicopter ride , crossing the bridge boundary , eating in a nice resto etc which is not part of itinerary . If you have plan to visit Victoria Falls , Wanderlust Safari is highly recommened.

Time management,reliability 100% spot on.This was my best vacation ,I did the chobe game drive and chobe safari lodge christmas lunch buffet ,white water rafting,jet boat ,boat cruise and the icing on the cake was the Boma and if I could,I would do those activities again and again and I would still chose wanderlust safaris as my tour operator.Looking for an enjoyable, stressfree vacation, choose wanderlust safaris!!!

Wanderlust Safari took care of us when I travelled with my partner to Zimbabwe and Botswana. They organised the Chobe wild Game viewing which takes place is the world famous Chobe Game Park in Botswana (check out those Buffaloes, elephants, impalas, hippos and many more!). The whole day adventure include game viewing, Lunch and a Boat Cruise (albeit, the boat was a bit small). It was a wonderful adventure in the African wild that I would recommend to anyone. Wanderlust also organised our trio to Victoria Falls (the smoke that thunders) on the Zimbabwean side. I would say if you are thinking about it...Go for it with wanderlust!!!!!.
