Experienced and responsive
Good service and a responsive team which managed to come up with a good itinerary in a very short time. Overall we had a good and reliable feeling in the booking process and during the travel itself.

A fantastic experience in Maasai Mara and a great recommendation!
The location, the camp, the food - both quality and quantity - the ambiance was superb. The staff, their knowledge - particularly the guides - provided a great getaway for a few days.
I am extremely pleased with the experience and will be happy to recommend this safari location to others, as well as take visiting friends and family back again.

Very efficient tour operators which can negotiate a very good package for reasonable price.
Very efficient tour operators with prompt communications. We were impressed with the flawless travel arrangements for 30 of us including our families from Nairobi to Malindi (Watamo) on a Train and bus with a reasonable and value for money package of services, and excellent hospitality at the Turtle bay Beach.

Excellent all through
From first contact we were very well served and informed by staff at Uniglobe. They responded quickly and efficiently to my requests for information. We hired a vehicle for 10 days and asked for a driver who would be familiar with the places we wished to visit as this was not a trip to just go to game parks. Our driver was wonderful, careful at all times and diligent in getting us to places that sometimes were not easy to find. We enjoyed his company. Where we had requested hotel bookings, they were done accurately and efficiently.

Fantastic holiday thanks to Uniglobe Let's Go Travel
Having lived and worked in Kenya 25 years ago my family holiday (4 adults and 2 children) was planned around revisiting many of the locations that I enjoyed back then. Lets Go travel provided a fantastic service customised totally to my specific requirements at a very competitive price. Everything that they booked for me went like clockwork - no problems whatsoever! Special praise for Esther Muthoni who responded immediately to every email that I sent her with very comprehensive responses. Special praise also to Alex who drove and guided us fantastically and was so accommodating.

Safari holiday exceeded all expectations
Working with Let's Go Travel has been really exciting. The organisation from the start was very good and the accommodation recommended was exactly what we wanted - wild and beautiful, not too big, friendly staff and good food. The safari itself was absolutely incredible. Freddy, our driver, was fantastic as he was kind, friendly, knowledgable, interesting and a careful driver. We couldn't have asked for more. Our favourite place to stay was the Serengeti Acacia Lodge. We couldn't believe the luxury provided in our tent and dining area. All the furniture oozed quality, the staff (especially the managers and cook) were really friendly and were always there to help you and the food was wonderful. Lake Manyara is lovely and the place, at this time of year, to see thousands of nesting storks high in the trees as well as lions lying along the branches of the acacia trees. Ngorongoro Crater is also teaming with wildlife but a must is the Serengeti and the excitement of spotting animals crouching in the dry grass or wallowing in the river. I must just let you know that the long road to the Seengeti is very bumpy although our brand new 4x4 sailed over it. A tarmac road would be so much better but this may never happen! This was a holiday beyond our wildest dreams and we would come back to Let's Go Safari in a flash.

Amazing!!
We used Uniglobe's services for a 4-day safari in the Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru. We had a great experience. Our guide Justice was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The lodges recommended/booked by Uniglobe were also great.
I would highly recommend using Uniglobe if you are booking a Safari in Kenya.
