professionel, friendly, flexible
Communication with let's go travel-agent simon went smoothly from the beginning of the booking-process. Simon answered my travel requests very fast and reliable. Hotels he proposed me to choose were very good. Organisation of my Safari was perfect, no problems at all. Driver/guide Peter was not only very friendly but also professionel, flexible and reliable. Great Experience with Uniglobe Let's go Travel!

Excellent from the time I started communicating with Esther Muthoni. She listened.
I would like to thank Esther for a well organized trip. Robert our driver and guide was very very good. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited on our trip in Kenya.
We really enjoyed our trip especially maasi Mara. We just made it to see the wildebeest. The Entim camp was very comfortable and well run. The location is ideal for the wildebeest crossings. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Fabulous food.
The hot air ballon ride was a really great experience seeing the animals from above and the breakfast in the wild all I can say is wow! A full breakfast in the middle of the game reserve what an experience! Riz our pilot was also very good and knowledgeable. Perfect take-off and landing.
Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge was really nice too. The staff were great there too. The hotel very well run and location perfect over looking the lake. Great food again.
Lake Bogoria Spa Resort was a disappointment. It was not nice. Not worth the money we paid for it at all. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. But the flamingos made up for it.
My husband and I will definitely come go back to Maasai Mara again this time right in the middle of the migration. We will definitely use Esther at let’s go travel again.
Overall had the most wonderful experience. Thanks you Esther, Robert and Riz, Etim camp staff and Lake Nakuru sopa Lodge staff.

Kenya and Let's Go Travel made all 100 percent!
After a rigurous process of choosing a travel partner we agreed for a private extended safari-trip with Let's Go Travel. Despite of our expectations being very high upfront, those were all met or maybe better said - exceeded. We felt our choise was very right.
Simply, our two week vacation in Kenya was really really fantastic!
We do believe the success was a combination of everything going smootly organisationally, due to the high quality of the places where we stayed, friendly and caring interaction with people more or less everywhere - and maybe most importantly our excellent, very knowleable and genuinly friendly driver-guide Joseph. Million thanks for the engagement, dedication and also safety we felt Joseph secured (despite if in traffic or during the game drives) and not fogetting the nice conversations during the days shared in the jeep. We saw so so much of Kenya and it's amazing wildlife, it feels almost unreal.
We also wish to recognize the professional and timely communication and confidence Simon offered during the whole process prior, during and after our travel.
Brilliant work and service overall of Let's Go Travel, nothing else could we say.
Kenya left a great mark in our hearts and souls! :-):-)

Knowledgeable, supportive, effective!
Twenty-five years ago, I used Let's Go Travel for a weekend safari; it went great. Twenty-two years ago I used them again for another weekend safari that also was a great experience. This year, on my third visit to Kenya and my visit just to safari, I used them to organize a 12 day visit, fly-in and drive-in safaris to four different areas (Samburu, Maasai Mara, Aberdares and Lake Nakuru. The staff, particularly Angela Githatu, was knowledgeable about the options; we spent over two months emailing back and forth as I changed my mind or I wanted to try and reduce the cost. Angela was always professional, knowledgeable and timely. The trip was spectacular. The organization was top-notch. I plan to use them for any future travel plans to East Africa.

Professional and well organized .
Me and my family made a 5 days safari Mikumi, Udzunga National Park and Selous. It was a fantastic experience. Our contact Mickey was great and adapted our requests so we could get the safari just as we wanted. Our driver/guide Fikiri made a great job with his experience and we could relax and enjoy our trip 100%. We saw all the wildlife we wanted and we also enjoyed the the roadtrip between our parks. Just to look at the country and the villages is very interesting . We have travel quite a lot in the world and if you are going to Tanzania don´t hesitate to contact Grassroot safari.

Very professional and responsive. Paula was great to work with. She helped us feel at ease.
We took a 3-week trip to Africa. Uniglobal and specifically Paula helped us book about half of that. Our accommodations were great. We were really pleased with Entim Camp in Kenya for our safari, our hotel in Nairobi, as well as the hotel Z in Zanzibar. Paula also arranged travel and private vehicles for us at our destinations which made it much easier to get around.
Coming from the US we were skeptical at first to work with an African based company because we had read a lot of things online about people getting scammed. But Paula put our worries at ease. Uniglobe was also several thousand less than than US or Europe based operators. I would recommend working with Paula for sure.

Making our trip memorable!
We had a great experience planning our trip with UNIGLOBE. The communication was quick, easy and stress-free with our travel agent Simon. A great start to our trip. The Safari we booked was better then we could of imagined. Alfred is the absolute best safari guide and went out of his way to make sure we saw the big 5. He was extremely knowledgeable. We always had the best view on the animals and he was always on the radio to hear where the animals were. Thank you so much for this trip we will definitely never forget.
