Fantastic!
This has been a trip of a lifetime- we were looked after from beginning to end from the great work of Esther helping us tailor our trip to the amazing job of Robert, our driver, who is so knowledgable and caring.
This is not an easy trip to organise for a first timer and having the knowledge and support was key- I also think that the fact the agency is so well connected with the lodges and other suppliers it just made our life so easy.

they booked my two-night flying package to Kichwa Tempo camp in Masai Mara, Kenya
We used to live in Kenya and booked several trips within the country using Uniglobe, who had an office near us, but I had never booked online. What impressed me most was how quick they were to respond not just to my first request for information but also to my further questions. Everything was done exactly as they laid it out in their emails, including the pick-up from my hotel and, upon my return, from the airport, by a very pleasant and competent driver, and the flights to and from Masai Mara. The camp itself (Kichwa Tembo) was excellent.

Extremely Helpful, efficient & accommodating

Professional service and helpful advice
On recommendation we contacted Uniglobe Lets Go Travel and it was a pleasure corresponding with Vicky Kyalo on arranging our Safari. Our original enquiry was dealt with quickly and Vicky was quick to reply to any questions we had not only to do with the Safari but other questions asked. We were offered a choice of two camps, based on basic information provided in our original enquiry, both looked great, we went with Ilkelini and had the most amazing trip. Friendly staff at the camp, the accommodation, which had lovely views over the river and beyond suited us and great food. Our driver and guide had great knowledge of the area and the animals, resulting in a memorable trip. Uniglobe Lets Go Travel offered to arrange airport transfers and hotel accommodation in Nairobi if needed. Very happy with the attention to detail and will definitely recommend them to family and friends wanting to go on Safari.

Simon Njuguna was very professional when we booked 2 flights and a holiday at Diani Beach.
As I said above Simon was very quick to respond to our request to book a flight to Burundi, Ukunda and a holiday in the Baobab Hotel, Diani Beach. He supplied us with all the information we needed to make an informed choice and everything worked perfectly.

Great time in Masai Mara
We were group of 7 and spent 4 days on safari in Masai Mara. Alfred, our guide and driver, knew the park very well and we saw all Big Five animals. Alfred was a great companion, always in a good mood, helpful and reliable. The lodge where we stayed was excellent. It was well located, there was a great food and the tents very nice and spacious. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and I would like to come back.
