Amazing experience with some great people!
From start to finish our experinece was completely out of this world. We was first picked up by Erick and then we was dropped to our airport for a nights rest.
We was then asked to be ready early morning when we would be picked up by our driver Frank.
Frank was amazing, he spoke very good english and had us very assured that we was in safe hands. We then visited Ngororgo, Lake Manyara and Tarangire over 3 days and this was exceptional experience, as we managed to see the Big 5 animals but this was due to our amazing tour guide Frank for spotting them from a distance and then waiting for them to come closer for a better view.
Msangai, completely blew all expectations out of the park! Can't thank these guys enough.
Thank you Zeeshan, Erick and Frank, you guys are all amazing. I will defo send my family your way for future bookings.

Attentive and diligent collective of people
First of all Msangai answered my question about possibility to do the Covid pcr test during trip (I traveled to another country right after safari). And they were the only company that answered with valuable details.
Eventually they registered me for the test, modified the trip to make it and delivered me the results. As you see nothing of it was included in safari, but they answered to my custom request.
During the adventure our guide James was attentive and we felt that we could stop any time in any place to see sceneries or animals we wanted. When we wanted to see leopard our guide started to find possible places. Also we got answers to all our questions and lot’s of additional information about local fauna and flora. Everything was friendly and there were no communication barriers.
Car was good and reliable. We always made stops in places with washrooms. We always had fresh water. So everything was comfortable. Also we got transfer from and to airport. So Msangai managed all our trip within Tanzania.
About hotels: We stopped at bush camp for two days. And it was one of best experiences we had, because you feel really close to locale nature. Though it had hot shower and wi-fi. So don’t hesitate to get there in your trip
All in all I definitely can recommend safari with “Msangai Adventure Safaris” and may be will take another trip myself.

Small advices to those coming for safari:
*No special safari uniform is really needed, just comfortable clothes for the car
*Don’t forget sunscreen
*Some roads are dusty, so get ready for it
*if you have no special camera just get additional lense for your phone. It will be enough

Amazing experience
We booked 7 day safari and it was great. Our driver answered all of our questions, stopped every time we wanted to and made sure we saw every animal as good as possible. The accommodations were all very nice, especially the Serengeti Bush camps (the staff there was also amazing). I would recommend everyone to take the 7 day safari because you have time to see everything without hurrying. If it is migration time it is worth visiting the Northern part of the Serengeti. And hearing lions during the night is something you will never forget. I would recommend this company because the price is good for what you get, and the staff is so kind.
A Wonderful Safari Experience
Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Msangai Adventure Safaris.
They were prompt to respond to questions over email. Most of the email correspondence came from the owner Zeeshan. The rate for the 5 days 4 night safari I had was $2390. It included a lodge the night before and after my Safari, which was nice. You pay 15% of the fee upfront with a bank transfer or over Paypal if you want to use a credit card. If you use a credit card there is a 5% fee to cover what Paypal charges, but I found it the easiest option because I booked last minute and didn't have time to go through my bank.
When I landed in Arusha, Eric the Director of Operations that lives in Arusha, greeted me at the airport and took me to the Zawadi House Lodge where I stayed the night before and after my safari. The lodge was nice and had decent internet and charging in the rooms.
The morning my safari started I met my guides Frank and James. Frank is an industry pro that has been leading safaris for a while. James was training under him, but both knew their animals well. Over the 5 days we spent a day in Lake Manyara, two days in Serengeti, a day in Ngorongoro Crater, and a day in Tarangire all National Parks.
During the safari I stayed at the Marera Valley Lodge for two nights. It is a very nice lodge. The dinner they give is a four course feast so make sure to not snack too much during the day. It was nice getting to swim in their pool after a long day of being in the car. While in Serengeti National Park we stayed at the Central Serengeti Tanzania Bush camp. My "tent" was a large canvas structure that was a tent in name only. It had two queen sized beds as well as a shower and bathroom in the tent. Charging for phones and wifi was available at their lounge/bar area, but not in the tent. Overall wasn't a problem as there is plenty of time to charge during dinner or leaving your phone there overnight.
Overall I saw much more than I could have dreamed off! I got to see part of The Great Migration, all of the big 5, a few over 50 lions (some of them even up close!), and so much more. Some highlights for me were getting to see a lion hunting, a group of cheetahs play on the road just a few feet away from us, a herd of elephants cautiously cross by a patch of tall grass where lions were hiding, and a large hippo trotting around like it was light as a feather. There were too many to count, but it was a very memorable experience. Frank was an expert at knowing where to go and how to position the car for the best viewing of all the animals. James and Frank dropped knowledge throughout the whole trip and were very easy to get along with.
I would highly recommend using Msangai Adventure Safaris!

An incredible experience
This was our first time in Tanzania and the Safari was our very first adventure. Communication was excellent, our driver and guide James was waiting for us outside the airport on arrival and made our experience very safe and comfortable. He is really knowledgeable and attentive. We always knew what the plan was and always had enough stops for washrooms along the way. We had 3 incredible days and saw a wide variety of animals including 4 out of the big 5! The different landscapes and animals you will see during the safari is totally worth it. The accommodation was stunning and all staff very attentive and kind, food was excellent both during the picnic at lunch time and dinner and breakfast in the lodge. We had such a good time that we will be planning another one in the near future. Thank you for the excellent service.

The Safari was fantastic from viewing animals, to visiting the different culture of tribes. The lodging was awesome. It was clean great food, and Staff. The hot lunches we had during the day together while on tours mid day was phenomenal! What a nice touch it was!
Then to save the best for last~ our Tour Guide Wines!!!
Wines showed up everyday with a smile on his face, great energy setting the mood for the day. He truly made us feel as if you have been friends forever. Very easy to talk to if you have questions about ANYTHING. His knowledge is beyond amazing. He shared so much information, and was able to answer any question we asked him. It is truly amazing listening to him share so much about his country~ past and present. His knowledge, passion for what he does, and professionalism truly shines thru! By the end, you will not only feel like you made a friend, It will feel like family, and you will be sad to have to part . That is why I will come back, and book another fabulous time when we set up to venture to Serengeti , and Kilimanjaro next trip with Wines!

A once in a lifetime adventure!
Msangai was a wonderful safari tour operator! They helped customize an itinerary to fit the places and timeframe we wanted. We were able to visit Masai Mara, Serengeti, and Ngorogoro Crater! Our safari guides Silasi and Godi were wonderful and full of knowledge. They were so friendly and were really able to help us see allthe animals and sights we wanted to.
The camps we stayed at were lovely and always had hot, piping meals that tasted a lot like delicious homecooking. During car travels I was worried about the long times in between and if there would be bathroom breaks, but they arranged to have pre-planned stops in between with washroom breaks! The sights were breathtaking, and seeing the animals in their natural habitats an indescribably magical experience.
The team always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of! We forgot our binoculars in another vehicle at some point after a vehicle transfer between Kenya and Tanzania. Silasi was so helpful in arranging for us to still be able to receive the binoculars by having his team members pass it along before we departed.
Communication with the safari team was also excellent, they were always very responsive.

The best operator!
We just finished a 7 day private safari with Msangai Adventures. It was the trip of a lifetime!!! The Serengeti is like no other; absolutely stunning, and animals everywhere. We also visited Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro crater and the Lake Manyara. Our guide, Emmanuel, was just brilliant; he has excellent knowledge of the parks, animals, and was a pleasure to be around. The accommodation, food and vehicle were all excellent. We really couldn't have imagined anything better. Thank you Msangai!

Absolutely professional, well organized and trustworthy tour operator.
The whole 7 day safari trip was incredible and we saw so many different animals, locations and landscapes. The management was very professional and responded fast and made sure that the whole trip was planned perfectly. We could enjoy different camps and hotels and each one had its own qualities. At some places we were able to see animals and on others swim in the pool. Our guide was great and answered all our questions. He had a lot of experience and was an excellent driver, wildlife guide and he knew loads about the land, culture, food, etc. Our guide Emanuel was so friendly, kind and funny. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe and we had a great time with him. We definitely would recommend him as a guide and also the company.
