Everything is was excellent!
I have nothing but excellent things to say about Kanje Grand Tours!
I was travelling to Tanzania as a solo-female traveller I felt safe and well looked after at all times.
Innocent came to meet me before and after the tour to discuss the details which I thought was a nice touch.
I did a 6 day tour visiting 4 parks (lake manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater). This was perfect for me as I was able to spend 2 nights/ 3days in Serengeti. (The car journey to Serengeti is fairly long so I would recommend 2 nights there if possible.)
I chose to do a shared safari. Kanje Grand Tours partners with another company to provide shared tours. I was a bit apprehensive about this initially, however the driver was very experienced and vehicle quality (land cruiser) was good (comfortable and well maintained). Both are essential for a good safari experience.
I very much enjoyed the shared safari tour as I had a lovely sociable group.
Our driver (Mitinangi) was absolutely brilliant. He knew the animals and parks like the back of his hand. We always ended up in the best spots with amazing views of the animals. He made sure we saw the Big 5 including the Rhino!
The food was great. We had a cooked lunch everyday which was pretty tasty!
The communication with Kanje Grand Tours was excellent. I always received a reply promptly and they were happy to clarify doubts.
I chose to go for a mid-range tour staying in lodges and tented camps. I liked that the company gave me range of options of places to stay in each park so I was able to choose accommodation according to my budget and preferences.
I stayed at Marera mountain view lodge (2nights) and Angata Serengeti Tented Camp (2nights). Both were outstanding and beautiful, with brilliant service. It was nice to have the luxuries of a hot shower after a long day of safari.
The food at the Angata Serengeti Camp needs a special mention as it was wonderful!
I was meant to stay at Ngorongoro Angata Camp for my last night, however on the day I decided to swap to the public camp as I wanted to have this experience. (Thanks to my driver for organising a tent and sleeping bag at last minute!) I loved the camping experience as well. Dinner and campfire was magic. The Zebras were munching right outside my tent! I have to say it was quite cold on the crater rim so do pack a fleece + hat!
Overall I would recommend Kanje Grand Tours to my family and friends. They provided me with a great safari experience at a fair price.

Safari in Tanzania
Our experience with Amani was awesome! He tried his best to offer the best experience and he achieved it!
We slept at the tented camp and ate the delicious food that was cooked every day for us.
We saw the big five! They both are very respectful to the environment and the animals and gave to us a lot of information about all the species we met at the trip! He knows perfectly what he is talking about!
Amani is an excellent guide and Jeep driver! And he is always looking for providing a safe and amazing atmosphere. We trusted him from the very beggining of our tour!

Trip exceeded our expectations
This was my second 5-day trip with Kanje Grand Tours and both experiences were excellent. At the first safari I was still 79 years young and had choosen camping because of the nature experience. The guide was excellent and the travel companions, not unexpected, all much younger than me were very pleasant.
When I promised to my four grandsons to take them on a safari trip it was clear that Kanje Grand Tours was the unique choice and again I was fully satisfied. Our guide Amani could not be topped in knowledge and friendliness.
Due to my advanced age, now 82 years, I followed the advice of the excellent manager Innocent and took this time the tented camp version, the nature experience was comparable and the comfort incomparably higher.
During the trip we enjoyed not only the nature experience but also the good and absolutely sure food: we had not the slightest stomach problems and now, beeing back in Arusha I feel better than before the trip.

One of the best experience in my life. Days spent with our driver (Johnson) were absolutely heartbreaking. They were always nice, funny and available for giving us additional info for the parks, but they were also professional and totally reliable.

Positively amazing
We have just returned from the most amazing, incredible trip of a lifetime! It was all made possible with the professional staff of Kanje Grand Tours. Their communication and attention to details made our DREAM vacation a reality.
I highly recommend this company and especially AMANI as your tour guide. He has the biggest smile, and continued hawk eye for surveying things we might have normally missed with our untrained eyes. Very patient for positioning of the jeep to obtain the best possible view advantage.
Our trip included an extension to Rwanda to visit the gentle Silver Back Mountain Gorillas. All I can say is OMG! OMG!

Excellent trip and organization

Selous safari experience
Before safari, communications have been great: answers to our questions were provided promptly. Program was very clear. Flexibility for last minute changes was helpful and can be highlighted. Changes to the original program were proposed to better fit to our expectations. During trip, guides were always on time and able to adapt to changing environment. They were offering high class service with smile. The general impression is reliability.
