It was a perfect trip!!!Everything was so nice
imani's itinerary was very, very well planned, their prices were reasonable and they were very patient. They will personalize your itinerary according to your needs and adjust it again and again. They also respond quickly to messages and solve problems in a timely manner, even at 4 a.m. For accommodation, their selection is also very special and the value is super good!!!

I would rate the Safari with Imani Excursions 4/5, and the Kilimanjaro Climbing 5/5.
Overall, the travel experience was fantastic. Before the trip, I booked the Safari and Kilimanjaro Climbing with Imani Excursions. We discussed the travel arrangements, and the agency's responses were timely. After several revisions, we received a great plan and a decent quote.
In the first part of the trip, we went on the Safari. Since it was our first time in Tanzania, we visited all the major attractions, including Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Manyara. If I were to give some advice, I would suggest focusing more time on Ngorongoro and Serengeti, as the animals you can see in the other places can also be found in these two. If there's anything that wasn't ideal about the Safari, it would be that too much time was spent traveling from one location to the next. If we could have stayed in one place for several days, we would have had more time to actually look for wild animals.
There were two disappointing aspects of the Safari. First, we didn't see any cheetahs despite our five-day Safari. This is why I made the above suggestion. We spent too much time traveling and not enough time actively searching for animals. The driver (also our guide) kept emphasizing that seeing cheetahs was a matter of luck which I totally understand, but many people we met on the way had seen more than one cheetah. Second, we missed a beautiful view along the Safari route. We hoped the driver could go back a short distance, which would have taken only 5 to 10 minutes, but he refused. This was quite upsetting for us.
Although there are some disappointing things during the Safari, I would rate our driver (also our guide), Baraka, 4/5, because he really worked hard. He drived the jeep for 6-10 hours per day, also he helped us to find animals on the way.
In the second part of the trip, we went on the Kilimanjaro Climbing. I would 120% recommend our guide Joshu and Eugen. We spent 8 days to finish the Lemosho Route. The team carried a watermelon, a pineapple and mangos for us. It is really amazing to have fruit on the very high altitude after getting exhausted after a whole-day-climbing. Also, the team carried the toilet for us, which is much cleaner than the public one, and we don't have to go a long distance every time to empty ourselves. At the summit day, the Joshu and Eugen carried backpacks for us, and two other porters carried hot water for drinking and oxygen for emergency. I would say without every thing the team did for us, it could be much more difficult for us to reach the peak. Along all the way from the beginning to the end, out guides kept introducing everything we met and cared about our health.
During the trip, Imani Excursions made two mistakes with us. One is that the agency charged us some fees twice accidentally. But after the communication, we got the refund very soon. The other is that the tip guide we received was wrong. This problem is also solved happily. Our guides kept letting us focus on our holiday and enjoy the climbing.
Again, 120% recommend out guide Joshu and Eugen. The team is awesome.
So overall, I would rate Imani Excursions 5/5, simply because it is a nice agency. They really tried to provide good service and hoped us to have wonderful experience. I would say no trip is perfect and it is common to meet some problems during the trip. It is quite important to keep communicating with the agency. Luckily, Image Excursions is such a nice one that we could easily communicate with and all problems are solved quickly and happily.

Imani offers personalized, professional, and unforgettable travel experiences.
Our trip to Tanzania with Imani was an amazing experience! Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive, understanding our needs perfectly as we traveled with our parents. He answered all our concerns and provided clear explanations, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
We spent two days in Ngorongoro, and on Mike's recommendation, we took a walking safari, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip—so much fun and truly unforgettable!
Our guide, David, was outstanding with his 18 years of experience in the industry. Thanks to his expertise, we saw all the animals we hoped to see. One day, we were the first to spot lions with their five cubs. David's sharp vision also helped us find a cheetah hiding in the bushes, and he even guided other safari jeeps to the sighting. His warm-hearted nature and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.
Even when our flights got canceled on the last day, Mike and David went above and beyond to find us accommodation and arrange transportation to the airport the next morning.
I highly recommend traveling with Imani—100% the best experience!

Unforgettable life journey in Africa
It is lucky for me to choose go with Imani. The most gorgeous thing is my guide Mudi took me to find all animals during the beginning three hours of my safari. And then both of us start to think what shall we do during rest days of safari😄😄😄
All accommodations are wonderful, especially luxury camp Serengeti. The workers there are super nice and willing to share all their stories with you during your stay. It is really unforgettable the whole galaxy sky at night there.
Imani agency also flexibly adjust agenda during my request. The moment when I see on the internet that there is a place where I can walk together with lions, feed giraffes and touch lions, Mudi immediately help me to find the best solution how to combine this location in my schedule and drive six more hours to let me realize this dream. And finally decide to give up on lunch boxes and try local food which seems to be the best meal in my journey)))
It was really a nice journey with Imani and you don't need to worry about anything during the trip. Highly recommend

Our safari in Tanzania was unforgettable, thanks to Imani and their team.
I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Imani Excursion, and I would highly recommend them! Our trip through Kenya and Tanzania, including Masai Mara (Kenya portion under their sister company), Northern and Central Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Zanzibar, was amazing. Right from the start when we were enquiring from different tour agencies, Imani was one of fastest to response to our messages. Their prices were reasonable compared to the other quotes that we got back (but this also depends alot on the type of accommodation that you choose).
Imani, our guide and the mastermind behind this incredible journey, truly made our experience unforgettable. His passion for wildlife and deep knowledge of the regions added so much to our adventure. Not only did he know all the best spots for wildlife viewing, but his enthusiasm for sharing local culture and stories brought every destination to life. We managed to see all the animals we wanted to see, including the big 5 and the wildebeest migration across the river!
What impressed us even more was Imani's willingness to listen to our suggestions. We mentioned the idea of personalized water bottles and a simple pamphlet he could give his future guests, and he embraced it wholeheartedly. He just sent us a picture of the water bottles he had customise made (2 weeks later). It was great to see how that he actually took our feedback to heart and continuously strives to enhance the experience for his guests.
Overall, Imani Excursion exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a truly immersive safari experience with a dedicated guide, Imani is your go-to person. Thank you for making our honeymoon another unforgettable one.

Such a delight journey with Imani Excursions
It's been such a delightful journey and we are thankful to choose Imani Excursions as our tour agent.
On the first day, we are very excited to know that as found of this company Imani would be our guide for four of us. He has over 16 years over tourism and he is not just knowledgable on telling us anything about animals but also on Tanzania history etc. We were surprised to have welcome present(everyone has a mug with Imani company logo and our Chinese name on each mug/short celebration on our arrival with drinks/champions.
During the initial time we sent request to Imani company,Mike always replied us very promptly almost within 24hours and we got very fair offer after we compared with other companies(i sent our request to over 20tour companies).
Our trip was ultra-lux Safari one for total 7days(6nights) and started from Arusha-Tarangire-Ngorongoro-Centrel Serengeti-North Serengeti. We saw big five/ugly five and almost everything on wish list. Most exciting ones-Great Migration Crossing(4times within 2days).
Imani is very helpful and consideration on making us feel comfortable all the time. We were so lucky to have him and got our last chance for balloon Safari only with his effort to try to check with all options and we got our spot on balloon with last minute cancellation via Miracle Balloon Safari
We highly recommend anyone would travel with Imani Excurisons and definitely enjoy your stay at Tanzania

Wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable
Imani were fantastic from start to finish, it was our first trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar and we needed some guidance on how best to do our itinerary. Imani responded super quickly and came up with the perfect mix of safaris and beaches for us. Our guide David was brilliant, so relaxed and he knew everything there is to know. As well as being a very safe driver and all round lovely guy. The holiday was perfect, the places they chose for us to stay in were beautiful and we met such wonderful people everywhere.
