Great budget safari
I would like to underline great communication with super eagles, who are very responsive and if something goes wrong (we had a bad experience with one of the hotels) they seek for a solution and never leave you alone!
We had a great driver, John, who has great driving skills and who is very informative.
The accommodations were basic but this is what we excepted for the price (which is really competitive by the way). The food was good everywhere. The itinerary that we did during the 8 days was diverse and we were able to see different landscapes and lots of wild animals. Thank you!

wonderful experience
Throughout the trip, the travel agency gave me a lot of detailed help, so that every problem I had could be solved. The travel agency opens 24 hours a day, so even my questions in the wee hours were answered right there.
The tour guide Stanley was very professional. He helped us find all the big five. Also he was very concerned about my health because I was a little unwell during the trip. Another driver John was also very attentive and kind.
I need to give special praise to Hotel Legacy for their professional service and warm attitude, which made my birthday an unforgettable one; and Susan, a staff member at Nyati camp, who, after knowing that I was not feeling well, always took good care of me and asked about my health every time she met me, which made me feel very warm.
However, there were some minor incidents during the trip. For example, the accommodation location on the first and second days was different from what was written on my voucher, and the accommodation location at Nakuru was also different from the voucher. Fortunately, I communicated with the travel agency in time, and the travel agency immediately arranged a driver to take me to the correct hotel, otherwise I would have missed my birthday surprise. Therefore, if you encounter this situation, please communicate with the travel agency immediately to ensure that your accommodation location is correct.
Besides, if you are a solo traveler, you may sometimes be asked to change seats, for example, if two people traveling together want to sit together, you may have to give up your original seat.
Another point is that as a Chinese traveler, I was asked some offensive and sensitive questions by other travelers on the road. This is not the travel agency's fault, but if you (especially Asians) also encounter such questions, please don't hesitate to scold back and ask for help from your tour guide and travel agency.

A very reasonable and comfortable itinerary.
The travel agency was very responsible and the guides were very good. Showed me a lot of animals and wonderful moments of animal hunting. It was a great experience and I will choose Super Eagles again next time I go to the safari park.

Very nice people and interesting safari!
This time the experience was very good. The customer service replied to the message very promptly and quickly. Our driver Simon also introduced the animals to me in Chinese. The experience of chasing animals was very good. I saw a group of lions up close. It was a great travel experience.

Great customer service and excellent communication.
I recently booked a three-day, two-night tour through Safari Bookings with Super Eagles Travel and Tours. Chanson, their representative, promptly provided all the necessary information, and I secured my tickets the day before the tour. WhatsApp proved to be an effective communication channel with both the travel agent and the drivers during my trip in Kenya. My journey to Amboseli was fantastic—Washington, my driver, picked me up from the hotel and introduced me to Anthony, who drove us to Amboseli. Throughout the process, Chanson remained in touch, ensuring a smooth experience. The respectful and excellent service from all the drivers made the trip memorable. I highly recommend Super Eagles Travel and Tours.

Extremely professional!
Professional and enthusiastic, will work hard for the passengers. The guide's extensive experience made it easier for us to spot the animals. Both food and accommodation are excellent value for money.

I dealt with Charity from Super Eagles Travel and Tours and she was excellent!
I took the 10 day Kenya and Tanzania safari. We had 6 days in Kenya and 4 days in Tanzania. I took the budget tour bec I want to experience staying in a tent.
Before I start let me give you some tips. You don’t need visa in Kenya but you need ETA which you can apply on line. In Tanzania you needs visa so if you have time go apply on line otherwise you can apply in the border. If you golf wa European passport it only cost $50 but if you have American passport it cost $100. If is best that you bring Kenyan shillings and Tanzanian shillings.Go see your doctor so that you can have all the necessary shots you needed. The very important one is the yellow fever shot. You need that yellow card when you enter Tanzania. Take Vit B as it helps as mosquito repellent too! Bring mosquito repellent as well it’s better to well prepared. It gets cold in Tanzania esp on your last night as you will be sleeping in a real tent with just a sleeping bag! Bring a beanie. Gloves and or hand warmers. I also brought with me a solar lamp , disposable hand towels and towels which you can buy from Amazon . There’s no towels provided on your last day so if you plan to shower you need to bring your own towel. I was glad I brought those disposable hand towels. It looks like tables that you put a few drops of water and it transforms into a hand towel. It’s very dusty during the safari and out really made my face feel itchy so wiping it with that wet towel helped a lot! Bring sunscreen! I also brought my water heater and some 3 in 1 coffee and tea bags and make my own cup of tea at night. Hot beverage are only available during breakfast and dinner and if you are like me who loves to drink coffee and tea in the middle of the night then this takes care of the problem. I denied picking up sea shells in Tanzania but unfortunately it got confiscated in the airport even though I out it in my check in luggage. So save yourself the trouble and don’t pick and bring home the shells! If you buy souvenirs in the Masai village it’s gonna cost you an arm and a leg. They will tell you that the money will be used by the village! A brass bracelet cost me $30 and later on I was in the souvenir shop in Kilimanjaro airport and that same bracelet only cost $8! If you buy it outside the village like while we were in Arusha it only cost $5! If money is not an object then go and buy in the Masai village otherwise buy it somewhere else. Don’t forget to bring even a small binocular.
The accommodation in Kenya was beyond my expectations! It was a tent but it has bed with mosquito net, big shower with hot water!, a sink and toilet! Bed was comfortable. Just a tip if your traveling solo when you go to your accommodation they might put you together with other people but you need to put your feet down and tell them that you were told that you will not share with other people or use the excuse that you snore🤣 and would not be fair for the person sharing your room! That should do the trick but if they still insist just call Charity and she’ll take care of it! Food was average… cooked same wherever you are. I tried buying some Pringle in the store as well and some cookies and for some reason it tasted different. So if you like snacks of chips and cookies I suggest bring done from your country if you luggage will allow it. Our driver was Moises and he is very knowledgeable and can spot animals from afar even while driving. The only thing we didn’t like was that when we were there during the protest we suggested for him to make sure that we’re have a full tank but he kept going and end up running out of gas in the middle of nowhere and the most of the gas stations were shut down. I did appreciate that he managed to find another way of getting the gas by paying people to get the gas and deliver it to us but that could have been avoided and saved as some time and anxiety.
