The staff are friendly and accommodating. We booked our trip from the Uk and everything was smooth without any hindrance. On the day of the safari our tour guide was right on time and during the safari he was very informative and friendly.

We did the 7 days safari trip. At first thanks to Brian, he managed the booking very easy and quick. Also he was responding very fast.
Second thanks to Brian aka Mufasa our first driver. He was fun and knows Masai Mara very well. Everybody on the bus loved Brian, and it felt we had the best driver in the park. Would recommend Brian 10/10.
We went to Amboseli with Charles. Also thanks to him. He is a good driver and has very much knowledge about the animals.
As last thanks the all the hostages from the accommodations we stayed in. Although we did the budget tour, rooms where clean, food was good and we had a good shower every day.
We went off season the reason sometimes the planning is rescheduled. Although we saw everything which was promised.

They hired the perfect tour guide - Brian, he made our week unforgettable.
We would definitely book again with Super Eagels, excellent value for the price and the customer service is spot on. When we addes one person unexpectedly, it was super easy and since we were six, we had our own car and the best tour guide ever - Brian (please ask for him). He showed us so many places, always up for jokes and a laugh and when there was a problem he was Super helpful.

We spent seven days with Super Eagles Travel and Tours, and it was a fantastic experience. Brian, our guide and game driver, was easy to get along with and always accommodated our requests, like organizing sunrise drives. He knows the national reserves inside out, and spotting lions with him felt like an exciting challenge.
Brian is probably the best driver I know, and I always felt completely safe with him—despite Kenya’s traffic being the most terrifying thing I’ve ever seen. When I fell ill during the safari, he took great care of me, and I’m truly grateful for his support.

I had an overall positive experience with this company. My friend found the recommendation through TikTok, in that it was one of the few that strung together the exact safaris we wanted to attend. It was affordable and professional. The transport was very clean. If you are not a camper you might want to consider and hotel for Maasai Mara. Otherwise accommodations were as expected.
