The tour is very good! The experience is very good. Our guide Justin is very friendly and professional. He let us experience the joy and excitement of safari since we got a chance to spot a lot among our expectations includes all big five animals and others.
Always Serengeti Smile will remain on my mind and never forgets what we lived from the nature.

All were excellent from the beginning to the end, we saw a lot beyond our expectations.

Justine our safari guide was so kind, nice, helpful, friendly, we loved him a lot, he has a great knowledge about wildlife and whole his country.. he let us see a lot and more than we expected it’s just like we were living in the nature, Thanks a lot to him and all office members at all.

It’s an amazing trip that I would always re-play in my head in the rest of my life.
The trip is full of surprises and our dreams all came true. We saw almost all the animals that we expected to, especially animals crossing river, we even didn’t wait for a long time. I would like to recommend our driver, Justin. He’s so nice and really responsible, last but not the least, he’s really a good driver, which is important when you want to safari. He’s so stunning at finding out the animals! That made us see all the animals we wanted.

that is a great operator I ever meet
First of all serengeti smile offered an excellent experience for us. They were very cooperative and helpful during booking and later on. I was in contact with several tour operators and serengeti smile and albert was the most helpful and professional one.
Our driver/guide Eddie was hero of the whole experience. He made great plan and always explained next steps. We saw many animals most even can’t even see. He spotted animals before other cars thanks to his experience of the area. Our car was spotless and clean all the time. You will appreciate it when you see cars or others.
Eddie is very experienced and very helpful and friendly person.
I am already planning next year to come again and i will definitely choose edward (eddie ) and serengeti smile

Totally recommended Serengeti Smile, we have great time in 8 days safari. We book everything in a rush, but our consultant Baraka well organized day by day schedule and all the accommodations, very helpful and feedback in time, the whole trip is smooth and comfortable，with many surprises. And our guide Baraka is very experienced with amazing drive skill and observation，he help us catch lots of amazing view and animals there, two staff with same name by coincidence. One wonderful trip！

Wonderful experience! Knowledgeable guide that made our safari experience a memorable one
Great experience from start to finish. Communication with the company was always quick and efficient, from when we first enquired, all the way to the end of the safari. Our driver and guide Gama was very knowledgeable and took us to all the best spots and made sure we got the best photos. We were lucky enough to witness a wildebeest river crossing after several hours waiting, thanks to Gama’s insight and quick thinking. All the accommodations were well equipped and the staff offered very friendly service. All in all a great experience, that surpassed my expectations!

Best safari!
Me and my girlfriend booked our safari and zanzibar beach holiday with serengeti smile and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Baraka was great when organising the trip and always responded to my whatsapp and emails promptly. We needed to make a late change and add an extra day due to our return flight being cancelled by the airline and this was quickly added on with no issues. We had George as our safari guide and we couldn't have asked for better! He was extremely knowledgeable both about all the animals we see plus tanzania in general. He helped us see all the big 5 plus two river crossings! George was also a pleasure to spend time with and he made our safari a trip of a lifetime! All the hotels and tented camps that we stayed at were excellent and again we couldn't have asked for better. Our transfers in Zanzibar were always on time with no issues. The whole trip ran extremely smoothly, i highly recommend serengeti smile and will definitely be using them again myself.

We had a great time on our Safari thanks to Serengeti Smile
We can absolutely recommend Serengeti Smile! We booked a 13-day program, which included a 5-day safari and 7-8 days on Zanzibar. The people at Serengeti Smile were very helpful and responsive, and they helped us change the itinerary, so that we replace one of the days on Zanzibar with a visit to Lake Manyara. Our guide, Pius, has been amazing too! He is talkative, very knowledgeable of animal behaviour and hot spots to look out for. During the long days of driving and looking for animals, he was an absolute champion and made sure we used the day efficiently. With his help we were able to be super close to some very intimate moments of giraffes in Tarangire, who passed just next to our jeep, and also a mother lion and her 7 cubs!! We were so happy with our choice for safari company and we will look forward to being back in Tanzania again with them.
