Amazing experience
We have had amazing experience! Everything was organized well, from meeting us in the airport to dropping us off. All hotels, resorts and luxury camps were wonderful and staff was very friendly. Great thank you to our safari guide Libe, who was very knowledgeable , patient and accommodating with us.
Communication with Baraka was very prompt and easy. Resort in Zanzibar and ocean view rooms were amazing! Overall I highly recommend Serengeti smile and visit to Tanzania!

Serengeti Smile Rocks!
My girlfriend and I wanted a special holiday and we chose a safari. We searched many companies and wisely chose Serengeti Smile. Speaking and arranging the trip with the boss Albert was easy and once we met our guide the magic really happened. Such knowledge, driving skill and enthusiasm - he was born for this job. Well done and bravo to our Champion!

I spoke to Albert the owner at Serengeti Smile and he was able to arrange everything we needed without a problem . Communication with him was smooth and easy.
We did 6 days of the best safari ( + 3 days Zanzibar) ever and this was due to our guide Champion.He is full of skill, knowledge and character.
We've seen a lot of things and had a great time and fun .We couldn't ask for better guide ❤️.

Out of this World!
All we can say is that we had the BEST holiday we have ever had in our lives! Every moment was memorable and we still can’t quite believe it’s true! Booking a holiday of a lifetime like this was a big decision for us and from the moment I started to speak with Erick the experience with SS was great. Erick catered to my every request (and there were many) and made numerous amendments to our plans to ensure that when we booked and finalized, everything was included and perfect. We booked our international flights and Erick tailored our holiday around them. He took care of every transfer and every accommodation, we didn’t need to worry about a thing. From the moment we landed in Nairobi every thing went smoothly, only a couple of times we had queries with them while we were there and they were resolved quickly. Deo our guide for the Safari was amazing! Deo ensured we saw everything we requested and more! We enjoyed his company and we felt comfortable with him at all times. The best lodge we stayed in was Farm of dreams lodge and the best campsite we stayed in was Sero Tented camp in Serengeti. Every where was good but they just stood out as the best. All accommodations had great food and great facilities, you don’t need to worry too much about toiletries as everywhere supplied them so we brought a lot back home! Then on to Zanzibar to relax we had a lovely time at Zanzibar magic boutique hotel and had days out to Nungwi and a snorkelling dolphin barbecue trip, which were both very enjoyable. There are plenty of beach huts along the beach where you can enjoy fantastic seafood and other dishes very cheaply, and there are massage huts where you can get a massage and braids etc for half the price of the hotel. We had a massage with Fatima at ‘Hut Beach’ which was lovely and relaxing and ate in the huts next to this several times. The food at the hotel was fantastic and the hotel was lovely.
All in all we were more than pleased with SS and if we are ever lucky enough to return to Tanzania, we wouldn’t hesitate to use SS! Thank you so much for creating our amazing experience :)

Small, but reliable, and professional amazing company!
It is amazing life-time experience on this 8-day safari trip with Serengeti Smile. We are a retired couple from Vancouver, Canada. After comparing a few travel companies, we decided to go with Serengeti Smile, based on its professional advice, quick response, honest information, flexible payment plan etc. Erick is great agent to customize each day trip based on our demand. He input a lot of very useful information to help us to schedule the trip in detail. Our guide Deo was incredibly wonderful, his experience and knowledge not only about wildlife animal/birds/plants and the area, but many others about Tanzania's culture, heritage, history and Kilimanjaro where he grow up. In addition, his driving skills is great and his efforts in order for us to view "Big Five", Great migration, Leopard finding and Flamingo watching etc.. is very impressive, Deo also is a warm heart person to respect animals up-mostly and like to help other drivers on the road when need help. We saw almost every day, he drop some lunch box to Maasai kids in the side of the road. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and happy in the whole trip. Serengeti Smile arranged the great accommodations for us to experience great lodge and "luxury camps" that we felt really merged to Serengeti and wild animals environment. at last, Food is great and lunch box is more than we need, according to Tanzanian's standard. We strongly recommended this Safari company to people who like to experience life-time wild animal Safari.

Well organized and safe trip
The trip is overall very fruitful for us. Our tour guide Mr. Gama is very experienced in driving and searching for animals. He always helps to find the best angle for us to appreciate and take photos. He answers all our questions and tell us fun facts about the animals and local culture. Good and fluent communication between the agent, your guide and us.

Outstanding Safari
I had an outstanding experience on my Serengeti Smile safari with our guides Emmanuel and Dominic. They were incredibly patient as we waited to see if animals would come closer, and found us outstanding viewpoints. They were extremely friendly and provided very helpful commentary about the animals we were seeing. I would gladly return to Serengeti Smile for any future safaris (and I do hope to be able to return!).
