Good, quick response
The response is in time, the service is good. But maybe some areas can be better, bc we want to see the flamingo and it’s not the right season but the company didn’t tell us.

The operater (Baraka) was friendly, he answered very fast and it was easy to manage the Safari trip.
Our trip started in Tarangire over Ngorogoro and Serengeti to Manyara. The Trip was amazing and unbelievable. Our guide (Sack) was very friendly and experienced.
The lodges for overnight were also perfect choosed.

Unforgettable
It was an unforgettable tour. We visited several parks and Zack was a wonderful guide. He was able to answer lots of questions. Thanks to him we saw a lot of great animals and had a great time.

Excellent trip!!!
I found Serengeti Smile via google and was the first company who responded. Jeremiah was always willing to help answer my questions which helped us a lot to plan our trip.
My driver/guide Champiwas a great guide and a driver. He showed us all big five and he showed & thought us a lot not just about animals but also about Tanzania.
I recommend both Serengeti Smile and Champion to everyone if you want an once a life time safari trip

Wonderful experience!
I came on Safari in late August/early September with a group of 4 other friends. Our guide, Barnabas, was AMAZING!! We saw lions (with babies!), giraffe (with babies!), elephants (with babies!), cheetahs, hippos, gazelle, and too many more to name. He was very accommodating and all 5 of us had a wonderful time as a result. Thank you Barnabas!

Thrustable and available for providing a good Safari
We did a 6 day Safari from Tarangire untill North Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Our guide was Deo a wonderfull person, excelent driver and Amazing guide, With a lot of experince in finding animals.
I boked directly with them and Erick also was very disponible to inform about all necessary process.

4 days Safari happiness
Emanuel, our guide, reliably picked us up at the agreed meeting point and the adventure began. We were very well looked after at all times and the entire 4 days were perfectly organized. We visited the following parks: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Emanuel always explained all the animals we spotted and always had the right nose for the right places. In such a short time, we were able to see lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants and many other animals in their habitat. The two accommodations are also perfectly located and chosen.
We can highly recommend Serengeti Smile and would book them again.

Exciting!
My experience with Serengeti smile has been excellent since we get in touch with them till the end when they drop us at the airport. Starting with Erik who has been very kind solving all our requests and designing our Safari. Also, our guides were amazing. They show us the big five! That was our dream so we can say they help us to get it come true. Dani was our spanish guide who help us to understand all the information and Champion was our driver, we felt safe all the time in the car with him. They were kind and funny! :)
We recommend to travel with them.
All the accomodations they booked for us were amazing. Sleeping Kon Tiki Camp in the Serengeti was the best experience we had.

The best experience!
We had the best experience doing the safari with Serengeti Smile! We saw big 5 thanks to Champion and Daniel who show us all the secrets of Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Daniel speaks spanish so good, so this was an excellent point to know all the stuff about Tanzania. Also, Champion are a good driver, always taking care of us and at the same time making us have an amazing time! Thanks Serengeti Smile for let us have an amazing experience here in Tanzania :)
