Seasoned guide
Before the tour even began Eric made sure we were sent a detailed itinerary including accommodation and day to day activities. The 2 accommodations we stayed at were AMAZING, I was worried about the camp but honestly it’s more like Glamping than your regular foot on dirt type of tenting.
Champion our guide knows the various parks so well. He also knows a lot about the different animals and can identify them at a glance. It’s pretty impressive. With Champions keen eye we saw most of the big animals on the first few days even the ones hidden in the trees.

Good organisation of the whole trip, quick problem solving, great value for money, always reachable
We found the whole trip good organized. One small problem that occured was solved immediately. The lodges were great (clean, with amazing view, tasty food and very friendly staff). Especially perfect was our safari guide Fadhil David. I was amazed by how great he was at spotting animals hiding, that we would never have noticed alone. He gave us many informations during the safari about the different animals that we met. He was funny, concerned, he gave us the time we needed to take our photos and did not rush us at all, his driving was careful and in total he made our safari an amazing experience!! Many thanks!! Serengeti-smile and Fadhil will definitely be my choice for my next safari!!!

Amazing guides and fair prices
We went on a 5 day safari with Serengeti Smile and we loved every moment of it.
We visited Tarangire, South and Central Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide Champion and his intern/lookout Dominic kept telling us that safari is all about luck, but the two of them seemed to have an awful lot of luck. With them we managed to see 2 leopards, 3 black rhinos, 7 cheetahs, 20+ lions including 4 cubs, 150+ elephants and giraffe as well as 1000s of wilderbest, zebra and gazelle.
The car was a Toyota Landcrusier with a removable roof for better watching and sockets for recharging phones etc. as well as a small fridge in the back stocked with water and coke.
We stayed in tented lodges in Serengeti and at a lodge outside Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Everywhere we got great service and great food. On the safari we got served lunch boxes with fruit, local food and a small desert. Always plenty and always tasty.
Champion and Dominic made sure that our wishes were heard but was also not afraid to tell us "let's move on now, something interesting has been spotted up ahead". They took responsibility for our experience and was very attentive to our preferences and made sure to look out for animals we were especially interested in. Moreover they knew a lot of interesting facts about birds, animals and flora.
Overall an A+ experience that can't be recommended highly enough.
For the 5 days (4 nights) we paid 3620 USD excluding tip for 2 people. We transferred the money via bank transfer before arriving and we had no issues. Our contact person was Erick, who answered all our questions in an expedient manner.
Ps. If you fly out on a domestic flight, consider leaving from Arusha Airport instead of Kilimanjaro since it is much closer to the national parks.

Very reliable and service minded, true to his every word.
My sister and I went on a safari February 2024 with Serengeti Smile. They are a very reliable organisation. We had a great safari, our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable about all the animals and fauna and of everything we asked about Tanzania. We got to see and take photos of all animals we wanted to, both big and small. Everything was arranged perfectly, all the communications worked as clockwork. I am so grateful to Albert who was our contact person, he is very professional and devoted to service. I can highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone who wants to have an amazing safari. My biggest Thank You to them.

Great safari with impressive experiences
We had our safari customized by Baraka. All of our wishes were made possible. The communication was very good and quick.
Our guide was Godwin (Champion). He looked for every animal and was very motivated. You could tell that he loves his job. It was indescribable and the time went by far too quickly!

Incredible experience and recommended to everyone
Good communication and handling from Baraka in advance of the trip. Our driver Champion was incredible. He sees, smells and hears all the animals and has enabled us to do everything imaginable and more. We had an unforgettable time and recommend everyone to have this experience.

Very pleasent driver and well organized tour
Everything was good, from accommodations, lunch boxes...
Best tour ever
It was one of the most wonderful experience where we saw the top 5 big ones not only once but several times. Most of all we have close up shots and even came eye to eye with a lion - so close to our vehicle that our guide had to advise us not stare it in the eyes. There were zebras, gazelles, elephants, lions, hyenas, baboons, wildebeests, grand and Thomson gazelles, leopards, cheetah with cubs, and rhinoceros with young, blue monkeys, a lake full of beautiful flamingoes and many more. Most of all, kudos to our guide, John Paul, who is so experienced and planned each day so well that it was new sights and new experience for each day of our 7 days Serengeti Safari. My wife had broken her ankle in Cape Town two days before this tour. So we thought that’s the end of our holiday. But John made sure she is well taken care off by driving as close to the rest rooms as he could and help her to board and alight the vehicle that she was able to enjoy the whole Safari despite being on clutches. Compliments to the company for getting such an excellent, knowledgeable and caring person to lead us to the best trip ever!

Excellent
John Paul is a fantastic guide. He is professional and patient. He makes sure we are safe and have an enjoyable time. Above all, he is very caring, always ensuring our friend who has leg injury to be as near to the washrooms, and helped to get in and out of the jeep safely. I highly recommend John for a wonderful safari experience.
