Fadhili is the best guide you could ever had. He is so professional, patient and lovely. Love him!
Before the trip, we have 20 rounds of discussions with staff from Serengeti smile and their patience and quick response impressed me a lot. The accommodations they offered were comfortable and cozy, view is fantastic. We will definitely come back to Tanzania and travel with Serengeti smile again

Our guide is so lovely, professional, friendly, handsome, charming. All of us love him!
We have a fantastic trip with Fadhili. We find the animals we wanted to see. And Fadhili has the professional experience about seeking animals and tell lots of knowledge to us. I really recommend the Fadhili with two hundreds percent!

Great tour with great guide
Communication with Serengeti smile was excellent. They were accommodating our preferences, listening to our likings and supporting all through deciding on the tour, accommodation and payment arrangements. On top I had some issues with my flight reservations so they went to the airlines to discuss the matter! Top service.
The tour itself was great. We had a very nice guide John, who was calm, patient and listening to our needs but also very knowledgeable. Unlike some other drivers that at times we encountered in the parks, he was not speeding or endangering animals or passengers. He would answer all our questions but would not intervene otherwise and this was much appreciated.

Everything was great!
Everything was great! From the first communication with Albert up to the booking of the whole custom trip to fulfill our needs along with our great driver Fadil! I would definitely recommend Serengeti Smile for an amazing trip to Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar!

Our guide Champion is really thoughtful and he is an expert about animals, telling us a lot of fun facts about different animals here. We were so lucky to spot the big five in our trip.

Experienced and careful
Everything is well settled during the trip. Our guide champion is very experienced. Every since we check out from the airport there is nothing to worry about. We have spotted the big five in a really close distance thanks to our guide. And he is also a really good driver even if it's raining heavily. Really looking forward to our next visit to Tanzania.

Perfect Honeymoon - thank you!
Serengeti Smile has been phenomenal from start to finish. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, yet the tour guides and office staff were accommodating and supportive every step of the way. Our tour guide, Fadhil, was knowledge and fantastic. We saw 5/5 of the Big 5 and even saw lion cubs which were certainly a highlight. Accommodation was spotless. Overall, the perfect honeymoon - thank you!

Amazing honeymoon
Everything organised to a T and so accomodating for a late arrival! All hotels were excellent and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Saw all the Big 5 including Lion Cubs! Thank you for making our Honeymoon so special and making memories forever!
