Wonderful experience with professional guide
our guide Deo is very professional guide.
He found a lot of animal even hunting.
And he gave a lots of information about wildlife.
If you want to go safari with resonable price. super recommand this agent.
And all accomodation was enough to rest :)

Truly Amzing Safari Experience, Would Recommend to All
We group of four had a 7-day Safari trip with Serengeti Smile this July, it’s definitely a perfect journey! With Pius, our most professional and patient guide, we not only saw all of the Big Five, but also other amazing animals which we’ve never known before! Everything went so smoothly in terms of the communication, accommodation and transportation, it’s a lifetime experience.

Brilliant from start to finish, great communication and very professional.
From initial enquiry to end of safari, we have been so impressed with Serengeti Smile. Fantastic communication by Baraka in the office, with immediate responses to all our requests. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 14 hours later than planned, but nothing was too much trouble. Libe, our safari guide has given us an amazing safari through Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti and back to Ngorogoro Crater. We saw everything we hoped for and more, again, nothing too much trouble, brilliant driver, it has been like travelling with a friend. What a brilliant trip. Thank you so much!

An amazing experience, with a tremendous Smile
We had an incredible six day safari with our awesome guide Libe. He knew just where to go to see the animals. He soon realised that we absolutely loved elephants and went out of his way to keep finding them for us - we felt so lucky! With him, we saw the Big 5 between Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We witnessed the wildebeest crossing of the Mara (with one poor fellow having a one-sided meeting with a croc) - something we have longed to see for years. All of the accommodation that Serengeti Smile arranged was brilliant, with lovely kind staff who were so keen to make sure you enjoyed everything. The food was all great -we loved opening our lunch boxes every day to see what treats were in store! All in all, a faultless experience from start to finish. Libe and Serengeti Smile are highly, highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing!
We had the most incredible experience with Serengeti smile. Our guide, Libe, was the best we could have asked for. Travelling with him was like travelling with a friend. He knew our favourite animals from just a couple of sightings of them and continued to provide us with the best possible sightings of those animals! He was very well informed about all of the animals and answered every question we had in detail.
I could not fault Serengeti smile. From the hotels to the guide and the organisation of the whole trip. Definitely the experience of a lifetime thanks to serengeti smile.

Everything perfect with Serengeti Smile
Our experience was super positive, the guide Dominic is very good and prepared, attentive to our needs. He was also a careful driver. We saw all the big five and the other animals too. All the staff at Serengeti smiles were amazing. The food is also really great

The tour was great and perfect organized.
We spent a great time with Gudluck our tour guide and it was an amazing trip. He was the perfect guide for us.

Serengeti Smile is lucky to have Champion!
From the booking experience to the actual trip, Serengeti Smile has been so amazing. We are a family of 7 and they accommodated us really well! Our guide, Champion, is well-experienced, knows all the good spots, made sure we had the best views during our game drives and always kept us safe. Couldn’t ask for more, it was a fantastic holiday. Put a huge smile on my face!
Very happy about the trip: everything was always done as planned and the itinerary was beautiful. All accommodation was lovely and comfortable. The food was delicious and yummy vegetarian options were organised.
Our guide Champion was excellent! He has superhuman eyes and spotted so many animals👀 he was always very helpful, answered all questions and accommodated all our needs.
Overall, very impressive and wonderful experience with this tour!

Amazing trip with the best guide ever!!
We booked a family safari with Serengeti Smile and it went perfectly!! They customised the trip for us so to meet our needs. When we arrived on the trip, everything was perfectly arranged. Vegetarians were well catered for, and the route was amazing.
Our tour operator - Champion - was particularly outstanding!! He is super knowledgeable and was always able to get the best spots when spotting animals, particularly the very popular ones. Got some incredible cheetah photos thanks to him.
