Wonderful experience!
I came on Safari in late August/early September with a group of 4 other friends. Our guide, Barnabas, was AMAZING!! We saw lions (with babies!), giraffe (with babies!), elephants (with babies!), cheetahs, hippos, gazelle, and too many more to name. He was very accommodating and all 5 of us had a wonderful time as a result. Thank you Barnabas!

Attention to detail in curating an unforgettable safari experience
From the point of initial contact to keeping us updated on what we needed, answering questions quickly and sending links on reading - Erick from Serengeti Smile was brilliant!
We had contacted approx 8 tour operators but Erick was always quick to get us the answers we needed to create an informed tour. He helped us curate the ideal itinerary for what we wanted to see and stayed within our budget.
Where he couldn’t get us the accomodation he upgraded it at no extra cost to us and where he could booked our family of four into a family villa/tent/accomodation.
Out there the guides were punctual, polite and always went that one step further to ensure we got to see the best of the animals in their natural environment.
Accomodation was great and we even got to see the migration. Experience was brilliant and we want to say a huge thank you to Serengetismile for arranging an unforgettable holiday for our family. We’ll be recommending you to everyone.

Tour with them was the best thing I've done this year!
Our tour guides were professional, experienced, kind and cool! They didn't think of themselves but always cared and helped clients. During 4 days of tour, they tried their best to give us chance to see as many animals as we can. Thank you for Zakaria and Dominic. You guys were best ever ;)
Besides guides, I also want to recommend Serengeti Smile mainly because it is so easy to communicate with them. When I either send mail or whatsapp message, I could get reply very quickly. It didn't take one day even though we are in different time zone!
And they were so proffesional about everything, and most of all, they are always willing to help us. As a foreigner, and a traveller, I really appreciated to their attitude! I am so moved.

A fantastic trip around Tanzania, which was organized according to: our plans. Serengeti Smile is a team of amazing people who do their best to satisfy their clients. At the beginning, we were a little worried because we only had contact via e-mails and we relied on opinions from the Internet. However, the contact was very professional and we always very quick received answers to all our questions. Eric answered my questions with great patience (over 50 emails) and dispelled every doubt I had. We traveled with a group of 10 friends and the trip around Tanzania was according to our plan (tailor-made), so Serengeti Smile had no easy task to meet all our expectations. However, they did a brilliant job and were also the most flexible in terms of pricing. The hotels they chose for us were incredibly comfortable, beyond our expectations, and they also organized internal flights for us. Everything was really perfectly planned and we are clients who travel a lot around the world, so our requirements are above average. Ayub Kileo and Baraka are dream drivers with enormous knowledge, experience and a great sense of humor. Our Safari wouldn't be the same without them, we saw a wildebeest giving birth, a white giraffe, and lions playing very closely. Serengeti Smile offered us hotels for a very reasonable price that were amazing, very comfortable and brilliantly located. Absolutely fantastic adventure!
Serengeti Smile perfectly prepared a tailor-made offer for our group of 10 people. We wanted to see not only the safari but also the Usambara Mountains. Everything went according to plan, we had good, comfortable accommodation and really good food. Our driver guides - Ayoub and Baraka were wonderful! They answered all our questions with a sense of humor. We are impressed by their knowledge of animals and their habits. Riding with them off-road was a great adventure! Great team!
