Amazing Serengeti
Our experience with Serengeti Smile was truly enjoyable. Our guide Fady was very experienced, thru out the day he would find different animals for us to see. The way he positioned the jeep allowed us to take the best pictures and videos. Every day he would also discuss with us about the next day schedule, this allowed the trip to be more flexible toward our needs.
The trainee Dominik is also friendly and helpful as well. He would help us with the luggage and also setting up picnic tables. Overall a very enjoyable experience, HIGHLY Recommended!!

We had Fady and Dominic as our guides. Fady is experienced and considerate, who is just the guide needed to achieve our quest to see all the Africa Big 5. Not only we saw the famous Big 5, we also saw cheetah hunting that is definitely an unforgettable sighting. Fady custom tailored the trip to our needs.

Excellent experience to see all animals
Me and my wife planned our Safari with Serengeti Smile to Tarangire, NgoroNgoro, Serengeti (Ndutu) and Lake Manyara. I have to highlight smooth communication over Whatsapp with Eliad which helped us customise our trip and upgrade some accomodation as we requested. Hotels and camps ended up being great and bringing a lot of atmosphere to the experience. Among everything, it was all about our guide/driver Pius which went above and beyond with replying every question we had about animals, country, religion or culture. Pius drove us through all parks and we have seen Big Five and other animals such us lions, leopards, cheetah, elephants, giraffe, hippo and rhino! Pius is truly a nice person and I only wish he does this forever to bring joy to other couples likes us! We even experienced a mechanical issue with the car, but Pius was able to get us into another car which took us on a drive, fixed the damage meanwhile and next day we continued with him, go Pius! 💪🤘❤️

An amazing experience in Tanzania

THE BEST!
We booked Safari part of our trip through Baraka from Serengeti Smiles. This part was executed flawlessly. We had zero issues and had a fantastic time. Communication was superb and everyone was exceptionally good . But we ran into problems with later part of the trip which had nothing to do with this company. When we reached out to them they went above and beyond not only to help us but actually resolve the issues. In this day and age when people barely want to do their own job I was pleasantly surprised with the work ethic, efficiency and kindness Baraka displayed. Once in a lifetime experience
I can’t recommend Serengeti Smile enough. From booking the safari holiday to being on it I have nothing but positive words to describe the experience. Communicating with the team was effortless and they always kept us in the loop with updates and tour planning.
The safari was amazing and I have experienced and seen things I could only dream of! I have witnessed the big 5 animals plus a whole range of others. I’ve been able to get close to elephants, lions and giraffes and see how incredible they truly are. The tour was so interesting as we visited Maasai tribe and got to learn about their way of living and culture, something I never thought I would do. I feel so lucky that I have experienced all of these wonderful things and couldn’t go without thanking our guide Champion!
This holiday was with myself and my boyfriend and while away it was my birthday with Serengeti Smile and Champions help they gave me a lovely surprise and some cake to celebrate! Champion has been an excellent guide, so friendly, knowledgeable and so caring towards us. He has taught us so much and shown us the beautiful animals Tanzania has to offer! Even Better than I expected
Booking with Serengeti smile was a fantastic choice. We decided on doing a 13 day Safari + Zanzibar holiday, Godian was helpful throughout adjusting things based on our feedback with great communication through Whatsapp and Email.
Our Safari guide was Champion who kicked things off with our starter (Tarangire) where the highlight was getting up close to the elephants. Next the main course was the southern Serengeti. Here we saw all sorts including some Lions having a breakfast of Wildebeest. Again thanks to Champion he was fantastic at spotting animals, sneaky shortcuts and his Swahili singing. Our safari ended with Ngorogoro (the wild zoo) as Champion called it, which might be the most beautiful place I've ever visited.
