Great experience
Everything was great. Annalice helped us a lot with all inquiries and changes. She always had the best attitude. Sam our guide was very professional and experienced, which enabled us to make the best of our game drives. We found most of the animals we wanted to meet.
We even received a free hotel upgrade to a newer and more deluxe one, we enjoyed it a lot, and I totally recommend it: "Royal Zebra River Safari Lodge". The staff was very kind and helpful, always with a smile. Also, the food was delicious all the time.

We had an outstanding safari organised through Delfin Tours. We approached 5 companies with our requirements, and Delfin responded quickly, having taken time to read our requirements in detail, giving specific answers rather than generic responses. Pick up from our hotel was very smooth and Annalice and her colleague from Delfin escorted us at the airport through check in, right the way to the security checks at the gate. Pick up at the end of the safari and return to our hotel in Nairobi were equally smooth.
We felt we had excellent service and value for money, and a truly memorable holiday.

Sealife at its best
Our day trip to Kisite Mpunguti for vacation snorkeling was absolute delight. We appreciate Delfin Tours. Mike picked us up on time and drove us the entire way to Shimoni while providing us with beautiful views of the palm trees, sugarcane fields, and Swahili communities. Mike is very kind, pleasant, and professional. When we got there, we got aboard one of the dhows and headed towards the marine park. Dolphins followed our boat throughout the way which was delighting to witness. Malik was the captain of the boat, and he was highly informed, entertaining, and seaworthy. My husband and I were in amazement of the stunning views of the coral gardens, turtles, and other water life. The lobsters from the seafood meal were superb. The Shimoni Slave Caves tour that followed was spectacular. We later traveled back to Diani, which was exhausting but well worth it. Thank you Delfin Tours.
