Apart from booking our journey from A-Z Priyal & her team stepped in and up immediately when our flights got cancelled on the day of departure. As a matter of fact they broke the news to us before even the airline could. Proactivity.
Breaking the news is one thing - solving a problem is something else. Within less than an hour we were booked onto an alternative airline, got new connections, and eventually arrived (and returned) as if nothing had ever happened.
And the best of it all? I never had any doubt this would exactly be the way it will play out. It's called trust in somebody who knows what they are doing. Priyal & the team at SVAI clearly know what they are doing.

Authentic and Perfectly Organized Safari
So happy we chose Svai to organize our HM in Tanzania. the trio was so well planned from the moment we arrived to the airport till the minute we left. Priyal managed to deliver us an itinerary that exceeded all our expectation and was extremely reliable in everything throughout the trip. we even had to do last minute changes within the trip which might have caused us a lot of stress if not for her. we booked bushes to beach package with Priyal ( Ngongoro, Tarangire and Zanzibar). first we were nervous about Tanazania trip as we have three young children and weren’t sure about hotels, safari vehicles, drivers, flight and so on but from very first phone call with Priyal put us at ease. She explained the whole tour and our options with her recommendations and tips. Priyal and her team ensured our trip was as comfortable as possible. My wife is vegetarian so Priyal ensured her meal options were available at all hotels, she even kept us informed about flight delays and rebooking in timely manner so we don’t end up waiting for hours at the airport. She was already available on text messages or emails to answer questions and any other advice we needed, we highly recommend Svai Luxe to anyone who wishes effortless, hassle free, action packed holidays in Africa!!
