Widman goes above and beyond!
Myself and a group of 12 ladies booked what was to be a PHENOMENAL trip with a travel company called Ladies and Luggage out of the US. It was booked with tours of Serengeti, Mt Kilaminjaro, and other amazing inclusions. At about 2-3 weeks prior to departure, the itinerary was changed unceremoniously and that is where Widman was brought in to take care of an upset group of 12 women travellings from the US. Widman was our savior. He was professional and made the best way for our group to have the BEST experience we could have had despite the obstacles in the beginning from Ladies and Luggage in the US. I recently returned from a safari, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and immersive.
The early morning drives were particularly rewarding, offering the best opportunities to see a variety of wildlife at their most active. We encountered a range of animals, including lions, elephants, and giraffes, all observed in their natural habitats.
Accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending well with the natural surroundings. The lodges provided excellent service and a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Meals were delicious, featuring a mix of local and international dishes.
One highlight was the guide’s deep knowledge of the ecosystem and wildlife, which enriched every sighting with context and stories. The small group size ensured a personalized experience, allowing for ample time at each sighting and detailed discussions.
Overall, the safari was a fantastic adventure, offering both excitement and tranquility. It was a well-organized and memorable journey into the heart of nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience wildlife up close and enjoy an unforgettable adventure.

Widman organised our tour of Mikoni NP, Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar in a very professional manner.
The tour was conducted by very knowledgeable guides and they explained everything very well.

The driver drives super safe and fast. I was able to be relaxed thanks to him even though traffic here does not look safe. Tour guide, Salehe, was super nice guy. He did his best to make us happy and satisfaction.
I was little disappointed that I could not see many types of animals but that’s not the one we can control.
Overall it was very nice experience.

Mr Widman was very accommodating, communicative, and helpful
We had a wonderful 2day private safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater. Our guide Noel was very friendly and informative and knowledgeable. He fielded all our many questions with a smile .
The accommodation at the lodge where we stayed overnight were great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming .
Overall the trip was great value for a private tour and I am very pleased we chose Widmans
