Professional and amazing.
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a safari with Crimson Brooke Safaris, and I must say, it was an experience of a lifetime. The professionalism exhibited by the team was second to none, and their friendly demeanor made the entire journey even more enjoyable.
Communication was prompt and efficient from the get-go. They were always ready to answer any queries and made sure we were well-informed about our itinerary. The schedule was thoughtfully planned, striking a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.
Our driver was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the terrain. His expertise greatly enriched our safari experience. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition, ensuring a comfortable and smooth ride throughout our journey.
A standout feature was the availability of WiFi in the vehicle. This thoughtful addition allowed us to share our exciting experiences with friends and family in real-time, which was a delightful bonus.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Crimson Brooke Safaris to anyone seeking a professionally organized, friendly, and unforgettable safari experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch service is truly commendable.

People centric individuals who are amiable, efficient and most importantly, trustworthy!
The decision to visit Kenya was a rather spontaneous one. My wife and I got married last year and we decided to 'charter unknown territories', so to speak.
Raji (my wife) stumbled upon Crimson Brook Safaris whilst browsing. The reviews were great, especially for a relatively new and comparatively smaller tour company.
Right off the bat, communication was seamless and timely. Amos and Betty clearly know how to engage potential clients and always made themselves available based on our schedule. We only had to decide on the duration and cost; the good folks over at CBS worked their magic and tailored an itinerary accordingly!
We were greeted by them and Ruben (our driver) the moment we stepped out of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a hefty breakfast (note: don't miss out on Kenyan Tea, it's amazing!), Amos briefed us on our travel arrangements. The first day was all about recuperating after our long flights but we managed to squeeze visits to the Giraffe Centre (where you feed them and get a free exfoliation in return) and the National Museum of Kenya.
Our week long trip was as follows:
Day 1 - Nairobi. Great climate (was between 14-18 C), good selection of local and global cuisine. I'd go so far to say Kenya is the 'jewel of East Africa'
Day 2 - 3 - Amboseli. First game drive with Ruben. Amboseli is famous for elephants and for a good reason. With the majestic Kilimanjaro for a backdrop, almost every click is award worthy. Lions, zebras, hyenas, ducks, hippos.............(the list goes on)
Day 3 - 4 - Lake Naivasha. The boat trip to Crescent Island was breathtaking. We saw schools of hippos, birds and other wildlife. I especially enjoyed the walking safari at the island, a great opportunity to get up close and personal with the animals. Work up a sweat by cycling around Hell's Gate and spots giraffes, baboons and warthogs along the way!
Day 5 - 6 - Maasai Maara. Don't miss out on visiting the Maasai Village (an additional USD 25 per person) on your way to the park. The Maara Reserve was simply outstanding, the best place to be at during the Great Migration. We saw so many animals but the lions captivated us the most. Ruben tirelessly drove around and was very insistent on getting us to see the 'Big 5' but alas, we had to settle for the 'Big 4' instead since leopards are super elusive.
Day 7 - Quick drive to Nairobi. Amos and Betty met us for lunch and I tasted the best crab soup I've ever had in 31 years of my existence. Exchanged our goodbyes and boarded our flight back home.
Overall, CBS made every attempt to make this the most memorable vacation I've been on. We ditched the typical beaches and decided to embrace nature in its rawest form for our honeymoon. Having said that, I'd recommend a trip down to Mombasa if you have the time just to relax, unwind and try out some local fare.
Communication: Great, no room for improvement. Amos and Betty are very efficient.
Service: Service above self. We did not have to compromise at all throughout the journey. Special shoutout to Ruben. This man deserves an award for his patience, knowledge and candour. He made good use of our limited time and taught us some Swahili along the way. Asante, Ruben.
Value for Money: CBS is a luxury safari provider so prices do reflect that aspect. Having said that, I definitely got more than my money's worth. Amos and Betty are quite particular about providing platinum standard of service. No disappointments, only good memories.
Reliability: Very. very reliable. From start to finish. From dusk till dawn.
All in all, a great experience which we would cherish for a life time!
