Reliable, competitive and customer focussed
We chose Native Africa Voyages through safari bookings.com because they responded to our request quickly and had taken into account fully our specifications. We were very pleased we did choose them. We had an excellent 7 day/6 night tour visiting Ol Pejeta, Meru and Samburu, parks we had not been to before. Our driver/guide was excellent. Accommodations were good and we saw numerous animals, including at least a dozen rhinos, Grevys zebra, lion and 5 cheetahs. Native Africa checked on our progress throughout our safari and communication between them and us was excellent. Can thoroughly recommend.

Amazing safari with a great operator
I initially requested quote for another day-trip inside Nairobi from Native Afrika Voyages and in the end decided to do a 2-day Masai Mara tour with them. The booking operator was kind and always available for all our questions during and after the booking. We were picked up from our hotel on time. All the places to stop and stretch our legs were carefully selected on this long route from Nairobi. Our driver/safari guide Chris was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgable and passionate about the area and the animals living in it. He made extra effort to make sure we get to see the “big five” on this short trip. He has a great eye to spot wild animals and thanks to him we could see a leopard eating her meal on a tree and a lion-hippo standoff among others. He also made sure we stay hydrated during the whole trip under the sun. This was our first safari and it was a great experience. Thank you to the whole team who made it as smooth as it can be. I would definitely recommend booking with them.

Most recommended guide in Kenya
We had such a great experience with Chris. He took care of us, driving from Nairobi to Amboseli and 3 days game drives in the park. He was very helpful and caring with my disabled brother during the whole trip. We saw a lot of animals and he was very committed to make us happy with our experience. He always find the good spots to observe animals we were asking for. Thank you so much for your kindness and your knowledge. We recommend Chris strongly.

Professional service with friendly and knowledgeable trips
We did the private Range Rover tour and stayed at Serena Lodge Amboseli. First, David was very helpful and communicative when we reached out for options and pricing. Prices were fair, and having now completed our safari was a great value for the money!
David met up the day of our safari and explained what we'd be doing, local customs on tipping, and introduced us to our guide, Cyrus. We got on the road - it is a long drive from Nairobi (5 hours), but it was pleasant and we stopped a little over halfway there. Cyrus was an excellent guide! We saw everything we wanted to see and then some. The accommodations were nice and the food was good. Staying INSIDE the park was the way to do it!
I highly recommend this tour. It was a short amount of time, but we got a lot out of it. Amboseli is beautiful and the elephants are EVERYWHERE! We saw so much other wildlife too - lion, cheetah, giraffe, water buffalo, flamingos, gazelle, zebra, hyena, secretary bird, hippos, baboons, and more.
The only thing I would do differently is skip the Maasai Village. They asked us for $70 USD when we arrived and then were upselling the whole time. The chief asked for more money once we were in the village. Then they showed us some medicine and asked if we wanted some. Then took us to a "market" of hand made items - nothing has prices, they want you to pick stuff and then "negotiate price" later. And later they wanted us to pay ALOT of money for the things we picked and the medicine. We said we didn't want any of it and they kept insisting we negotiate a price with them. We were exhausted by that time and really just wanted to leave - didn't feel authentic; felt like tourist trap. The Maasai at the resort give you a better feel for the Maasai culture and are super friendly. Plus, they do the traditional Maasai dance each night. As for local made souvenirs, we were able to get great local souvenirs at Village Market in Nairobi on our last night before our flight home.

We clicked immediately like old good friends and for the whole time we felt taken care by David.
First of all, this wasn’t our first safari nor first visit in Kenya. We already had some pretty high expectations in mid range budget for 7 days safari, then at the last moment we added additional day in Nairobi. We wanted to maximize our time as much as possible and see all our favorite national parks and private conservations. David has created Safari proposal that met our requests, expectations and needs. What’s more - he was such an amazing person that he keep contacting us two/three times per day, just to make sure everything is going according to our plan and we are satisfied- even after safari, while relaxing in Diani beach - he organized for us a driver, all domestic flights and pick up to the airport. Even in the airport and during our travel back home - he was checking on us are we fine and was worry about our way back home since the heavy winter had already started in Poland. We didn’t just gain an exceptional Safari tour operator in David’s persona and his company, I believe we have earned a real friend that we always can count on - and because of that, we will continue to keep coming back to Kenya and other countries of Central Africa, knowing that we always have a friend who we can rely on. Thank you David and see you soon!

An amazing way to experience the Masai Mara!
Our first interactions started with David. He was just great at given us all the information needed and explaining the different options we had so we could make the best of our safari. He made sure all the logistical details were in place and also set airport transfers and a very spontaneous Nairobi city tour! We appreciate his honesty and the fact that he really tailored the safari to our needs and budget.
Chris was our safari guide and he was just amazing!! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we could spot as many animals as possible (and we saw so many!!) He took extra good care of us and made sure that the trip was an unforgettable (and educational) experience!

Informative and friendly who showed great care
We found our experience to be beyond our expectations. Our trip was tailored suitablely to what we required and more. The tented experience was great as we could hear animals at night and we had our own hippo who lived down an embankment from our camp. Our accomadation was very, clean, well appointed and the food was delicious and tasty. Those caring for us were very attentive. Thanks for a life time experience. Very memorable.

Very good
We booked a 7 days safari with native Afrika voyages in the beginning of september. We chose a mid-range accommodation pack, and it was a private tour just for our group of 4 people.
It was a fantastic experience, i have no words. Our guide Cyrus was a man with knowledge about animals and different areas, and had great humor. He had an eye for hidden animals. Cyrus was as interested as us to find cool animals, such as different cat species. We were lucky and saw all the cat species several times!
We went to samburu national reservation, Oi pejeta Conservancy, Lake Naivasha and Masaai mara national reserve. Our favorite places was with out a doubt Samburu and Masaai mara. We would not use a day at Oi pejeta, its a closed in area with animals. Not like the reserves. Lake naivasha was OK, this is more a place for bird enthusiast. We would rather have one day extra in samburu and Masaai mara than Oi pejeta and lake naivasha.
Our accommodations were good in samburu, Oi pejeta and Masaai mara. But it was really bad in Lake Naivasha. The hotel was not mid range. It smelled like poo in some of the rooms. In the bathroom, the tiles were broken, the toilet was broken and it did not have a seat. The bathroom has rat poo several places. It was not mid range as we had payed for. I sent a complaint to David. We god a discount when visiting the Masaai people. The hotel name was fish eagle inn, i wouldnt recommend you to stay there if you pay for midrange.
The food was good, a variety of different cultural kitchens.
I would recommend native afrikan voyages, and i would travel with them again!
Again, thank you Cyrus for being an awesome guide!

Extremely responsive and professional
Native Afrika was extremely quick to respond to our quote request, and very clearly explained the tour and the booking process. Very smooth communication!
The tour itself was a lot of fun. The guide arrived promptly and definitely knew his way around the park. He gave lots of useful insights to enhance the experience .
