Our guide Ramsoh and his staff were really friendly with us.
He could answer all questions we asked him, even about the plants, flowers and trees.
We will never forget his delicious local food.
And, of course, all animals we could see.

It was a great experience.
We liked the food, the people at the tented camp and lodge, the great experience, the driver and we felt safe during our stay at the tent and lodge. However we’re a little sad about the fact that they said that the cars are good and you have backup like 5 cars. We were waiting for a solution in a short while, but it took 3.5 hours in the morning. The car has electricity problems, so so many times the car had to be pushed to start the engine. At one time there was no other car, so my husband an I had to push the car. That is no problem, but what if we were not at a safe place to push the car by ourselves, then we had to wait again for the car to start till some other safari jeep would arrive.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed nearly every minute of your experience at the tented camp and lodge. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the car during your safari. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we regret that we fell short in this regard.

We understand the frustration and concern caused by the long wait time and the recurring electrical issues with the car. Our guide, Athuman, did his best to try to fix the car without informing the appropriate person at the office. Although sending another car from Arusha would be a very long drive than 3.5 hours of waiting this, the guide managed to make the issue fixed as it was within his capability.

Rest assured, we have undergone a quick office meeting about your incident, and such things will be addressed immediately to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Your feedback helps us improve our services, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We value your time and money and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a smoother and more enjoyable safari experience.
