Customer Oriented, prompt communication, great after service
Patricia was very prompt in her communication and answered all my questions patiently. Gave me the confidence to book with her. She made sure all my needs were addressed to and delivered on what she promised. Every day, she called in the evening during the tour to check that everything is all right. There were some delays due to the driver (not her fault), but she offered a free Airport drop from Nairobi to compensate for the delay. In all, a great person whom you can trust and rely on in a foreign land.

Organised & friendly tour with the best team that fulfilled all my expectations
I’m so glad so chose to go with this tour company. From the beginning the communication before the tour was absolutely satisfying and dealt above and beyond to ease the pressure of deciding what to do. The friendliness and and the professionalism by the tour team and especially Patricia is to be commended. The whole experience was seamless and made my safari adventure memorable and complete. My wife and I did our honeymoon in Kenya, with the help of Let's Venture Africa Safaris, and we had THE BEST trip of our lives!
I have sent 8 quote requests and I think we have decided to go with Let's Venture Africa Safaris almost immediately! Patricia, our agent, was super friendly! Just amazing! She was very quick with helpful responses and ideas.
We started planning our trip in April or May, so we had some time for planning. We asked if it was possible to change the final dropoff and Patricia proposed, explained and arranged everything. She also had suggestions for the rest of our trip, and after some research from our side, we took them. I still can't believe, how easy was "working" with Patricia. If we had any questions/concerns/ideas we discussed them with Patricia so we got the optimal solution. She is a PRO, as I believe is the company, so you will be in best hands. Service was really above expectations, super impressed. She even kept in touch during the trip, not being forceful or anything, just "hi, how are you, everything ok/according to plan, enjoy". We have compared our trip with our friends, who did a similar route a year before, and they got quite jealous, because we got a better deal (money wise and "personnel" wise)

Best Safari! Especially in the off season! Can’t imagine during season
While skeptical about the pricing I wasn’t sure what kind of experience I would get for my first time doing an African safari. Keep in mind we chose the off season cause it was cheaper. Needless to say, I was blown away by the experience. Not only did we have the best tour guide that was LEADING the rest of the tour guides on where to go (talk about being with a pro) but we had the best views of all types of animals. It rained once during the day but it only lasted 20 minutes and back to sunshine and animal watching. We saw every animal you can get imagine (cheetahs, elephants, jaguar, hyenas, giraffes, a black rhino)!!!! We drove around a lot (which is probably the con of going during the off season cause animals were so spread out) but honestly 10/10 I would recommend to any and all! It was a great experience and I wouldn’t have done it with any other group. My only true con was the food. It wasn’t bad at all, it was quite delicious, I just wish there was a bit more variation. I would suggest bringing snacks if you feel you want something else as the road trips are long and the food is usually the same

We had a fantastic tour in the Masai Mara with Let's Venture Africa Safaris. Patricia and Dan showed up on schedule for the departure. Our trip from Nairobi to Mara was incident-free. Dan drives safely and cautiously. We made several stops along the route to take pictures of beautiful scenery, such as at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, and had a really lovely ride to Mara. We saw and observed lions, cheetahs, wild creatures, zebras, and so much more on the tour, which was a lot of fun in and of itself. Dan gave a wealth of background information and has a great deal of animal knowledge. I am so grateful to Patricia and your crew for the surprise honeymoon! That was really considerate. Out of the three options available, I decided to go with Let's Venture Africa, and I was in Masai Mara. Patricia was incredibly helpful with all of my inquiries, and making a reservation was a simple, quick procedure. The food, lodging, and pickup were all excellent. I can honestly say that this was the best safari I have ever been on.
Patricia patiently addressed all of my inquiries and communicated with great promptness. convinced me to make a reservation with him. He fulfilled his promises and saw to it that all of my demands were satisfied. He called each night during the tour to make sure everything was alright. We always have a safe ride thanks to our skilled driver. We saw every animal, and I can honestly say that this was the best safari I have ever been on. Above all, a wonderful person you can depend on while visiting another country.

Had excellent communication with Lets Venture. I appreciated the attention we received and the constant check-ins to make sure the vacation went well. Because the guide did everything in his power to show us every possible location. I definitely recommend this tour we saw all the animals and our guide was extremely talented. I love that they gave me extra support to get around Nairobi at no extra cost. I wholeheartedly support them.
