We believe we have been scammed. After being promised a full refund if we pay early, we did not get our full refund. Also, after being promised a reservation after payment, we checked with the hotel and no reservation was made.

Response to Refund Policy Concerns
Dear Valued Customer Thanks for the review I am writing in response to your recent feedback regarding our refund policy, specifically the concerns you raised about the refund process and deductions made. First and foremost, I want to express my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or confusion you experienced during the refund process. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and any discrepancies in our service are a matter of concern for us. we , Branded Africa is a legal company pays all government taxes accordingly Upon reviewing your case, I would like to clarify that our refund policy adheres to industry standards, and we strive to process refunds in a timely manner. Any delays or deductions are made in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking Regarding the deductions for taxes and bank charges, I understand the frustration this may have caused. These deductions are mandated by regulatory requirements and financial institutions, and we make every effort to be transparent about these charges upfront. We agree you sent 2497usd as the deposit just after few days you cancelled the trip and we as the company asked to give to you the credit voucher which could save your paid deposit 100% but you insisted on getting the money back , we agreed to send it back via bank transfer and the money was sent and came back to our account after 10 days and the bank stated that your account was not existing being an honest company we sent you the money via western union , the first amount via bank was 2209usd this failed and the bank took their charges , I sent you again 2150usd via western union and this arrived to you so to be honest we did a big favor the little amount 347usd covered the bank charges and government taxes and according to my email to you of explanation I promised that the amount went for taxes will be discounted once you book again your safari with us in the future as promised so please note that we paid you back almost 90% of the total amount you sent . according to our company policy you were to be deducted 50% but in showing our caring to our customers we sent you back almost the whole amount so the 10% covered the mentioned charges above and I think is fair to adhere to government regulations and laws I assure you that we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Please provide us with any additional details or documentation related to your refund, and we will investigate further to ensure a fair resolution. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our customers, and we will make every effort to improve our refund process based on your feedback.
