I had an amazing experience with a nice enthousiastic guide (Nazareth). Dream came true!
A safari had been on my bucket list for so long and my expectations have all been met. We had a great guide (Nazareth) who kept telling us facts about the animals, took us safely back and forth, and provided the good vibes. Mikumi park is wonderful both the animals and nature. We were even able to spot some animals within a few metres!

Professional, knowledgeable, experienced
Fun! Saw so many animals and we spent adequate time admiring each one in silence. We were arms reach to a young elephant. Watched the mother elephant eating grass and before each mouthful, she'd shake the grass to get rid of excess earth. Admired lions several times. Nothing more amazing than giraffes.
The crocodiles kept the heart pumping.
Had great conversations on birds and information exchanges.
Hippos - were kind enough to move and we saw how huge they are.
Great value.
Loved the guide, Mr Fakiri. Kept an eye on us, told us when it was important to be quiet or still which afforded us great opportunities to view game in a relaxed manner for us and the game. Very affordable. I liked everything EVERYTHING

Naz was excellent, made our entire safari with his expertise and joy!
Our Kima safari was exceptional, made even better by our guide Naz. We tripped from Dar Es Salam to the national park 7 hours away, with amazing views time went quickly and we felt so safe. At the park we started with lunch and moved onto the game drive, Naz knew everyone at the park and made sure to get us up close to the animals and find the best spots! The whole trip was well beyond our expectations and would recommend to anyone looking to book a safari in Tanzania. We were a group of 6, car was spacious and great viewing! Ended the trip with some quality time together with our driver having a laugh by the hippo pools. Unforgettable

Amazing
The safari was amazing, the guide was great and met our needs. We saw a lot of the animals from the national park and had fun with the guide. The accommodation was good, nice and clean rooms with good food and good lunch boxes for the safari. The car was also nice and clean. Overall worth the money.

All in all a great experience!
The booking via the website worked really well. Peter from Kima Safari always responded quickly. We would recommend asking again shortly before the start of the safari when, where and how exactly it starts, as we had a communication problem between the agency and the guide. In general, you should not approach things with the German punctuality, because the Tanzanian clock ticks differently :)
In the end, we had a great safari and our guide Fikiri was super nice and pleasant. He patiently showed and explained everything to us and we had an unforgettable experience. We can highly recommend him as a guide. The long drive from Dar es Salaam to the national park was also interesting and you could see a lot of the life of the locals. Fikiri always had good music on!
