Friendly
We've been with James for at least 4 days and there is nothing negative I can say about him. Well planned tours in the parks, knew most of the animals and spotted them before everyone else did. Very friendly and understanding. Leisure Escape Safari as it is a very good company. They even provided gifts for safari. I think it's just the best company around to go for a safari with. :)

Leisure escape was a very helpful and reliable partner for planning our safari.

Esther organised a customised trip taking into consideration all our requests at a very competitive price .
Duncan our guide was incredibly attentive ,punctual ,knowledgable and an excellent driver . We really felt that his aim was to help us get the most out of our Safari .He was clearly well respected by those he came into contact with too.
We visited Tsavo West,Amboseli,cycled in Hells Gate and walked up Mount Longonot - all different and great !

In particular, Esther and Duncan impressed us with their professionalism, their extremely friendly manner, their pronounced customer centricity, their high degree of flexibility and their friendly, trusting manner. With Esther, we put together a great itinerary tailored to our wishes. Esther responded to our requests and queries very quickly and competently. Duncan was the best driver and tour guide we could have wished for. He was very professional and reliable and fulfilled all our individual wishes. Great Safari with Leisure Escapes: A Journey of Wildlife, Warmth, and Eye-Opening Moments in Kenya
We had an amazing 7-day safari in Kenya with Leisure Escapes. The service provided by the company, especially Esther, was exceptional. She answered all our pre-trip questions promptly and kindly. Our guide, Jeff, made us feel safe throughout the trip, and he and Esther even joined us at the farewell dinner, going above and beyond her working hours.
The highlights of the trip included the stunning Amboseli sunset game drive surrounded by hundreds of animals, close encounters with giraffes and zebras near Lake Naivasha, and witnessing lions in the Masai Mara. The special tent accommodation in Masai Mara added to the unique experience, and many more!
For future travelers considering this tour, I have a few suggestions:
1.Consider removing Lake Nakuru from the itinerary as it feels similar to Lake Naivasha (or the opposite). Replace it with a night of cultural or city experience to enhance the tour’s cultural aspect.
2.Visit the village near Amboseli to witness the local poverty firsthand, as it’s an eye-opening experience.
3.Request more a la carte local meals from Esther whenever possible, as the majority of meals are international buffets. It’s rarely possible though as there aren’t many options in national parks. While the food was good in hotels, experiencing more local cuisine would be appreciated.
4.Don’t hesitate to ask your guide and hotel staff questions to learn more about the culture, as the safari focuses on animals by its nature.
Overall, it was an incredible tour, and I highly recommend Leisure Escapes for your safari adventure.
Wonderful and memorable coupled with first class customer service experience
It was my first time to visit Masai Mara Game park and a friend who had a wonderful experience with Leisure escapes Safaris referred us to them. I liked the way we were handled as a family right from enquiries, bookings and the actual trip where our tour guide, Duncan was able to blend so well even with the children. On the travelling day, we were picked from our place of residence. The guide didn't mind being asked un ending questions from the kids who were experiencing Masai Mara road trip for the first time as well. The guide really entertained us with very interesting stories on our way. We had a two nights three days adventurous moments and game drives. The guide, Duncan made sure we didn't miss any opportunity to see the big five wild animals. At the hotel, everything was well and perfectly organised courtesy of Leisure Escapes Safaris. At the end of trip, we were dropped right at the door step of our residence. What a trip! A lasting experience it was.

Great experience
This was a great experience - right from the start when I booked the trip until i got dropped off at my hotel again.
The responses via Email were quick. The driver picked me up at the airport and waited patiently even though immigration took very long. My guide was well connected with other drivers in the two parks (so I got to see quite a lot) and the lodges were great too.
I really liked it.
