Kenya Safari with 'Kevic Tours and Travel': A tailor-made adventure for explorers!
I had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable 4-day safari in Kenya with 'Kevic Tours an Travel'. During this exciting trip I explored the stunning Masai Mara and Amboseli National Parks as well as the impressive Lake Naivasha. It was an extraordinary experience because I was the only guest on this safari. Both the driver and the organizer worked with great dedication to introduce me to the beauty of Kenya's wildlife and nature. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere in which I felt welcome from the start.

Responsive, accommodating, transparent smaller tour company with big heart
We are a group of 3 people. We reached out to Kevic Tours and Travel because we read all positive review about this company, which might be small but that means we got a full attention. Bob, the tour consultant was responsive and accommodating to our (many) requests as we had some plans changed last minute. The proposals were transparent and included the price breakdown of everything. So this makes me feel like the team is very trustworthy. The team went above and beyond my expectation to help sort out my emergency issue with travel document prior to departing for Kenya. I was able to make this trip happen thanks to Kevic team.
In terms of designing our Safari package, we had very short time in Kenya (4 days) but we would like to visit Masai Mara and Amboseli, so we opted for a mid range safari package. Lake Naivasha was recommended and included as a stopover by Kevic, and it was truly fantastic, and probably underrated. We visited cresent island and stayed at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge which was absolutely remarkable and memorable. Make sure you have this in your itinerary, totally worth a visit. We were able to see 4 out of Big Five in Masai Mara even we only had one game drive in the afternoon. In Amboseli, we had 2 game drives both with a spectacular view of Kilimanjaro in the background.
As a suggestion, if you book a hotel in Nairobi through Kevic Tour and travel, they offer a free pick up from airport a day before. We found this out later after we booked the hotel by ourselves. So you may consider booking through them if you need a free airport pickup and drop off at hotel ;)
Our guide/ driver David is great. He is patient, accommodating and knowledgable. His driving was safe too. We were in good care.
Overall, we highly recommend Kevic Tour and Travel. We were treated well both prior to, during, and after the trip. They might not be a big your company but they surely are attentive. Everything went beyond our expectation. I in fact, reached out to a couple of tour operators to compare the communication, flexibility and pricing, Kevic tour and travel was an easy choice for me to pick as my top option. Very fair business. We highly recommend!

Brilliant safari! Reasonably priced and great communication.
My family enjoyed a great few days in Lake Naivasha and the Masai Mara. David, our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw loads of animals. Communication with Bob beforehand was great - eye responsive and polite. Good value too. Highly recommended!

Very profesional, flexible and helpful
I was helped by Bob to organize an amazing safari experience, exactly as we wanted and most important to fit into our budget.
The communication was clear, friendly but professional in the same way.
We had a delay problem with the visa and Bob step on and help us as much as he could even if the time was over mid night. He did a great effort to help us not losing all the trip because of the visa delay and he manage it.
The driver Cyrus was very approachable and try to adapt to all our request. He was very funny, made jokes all the time and drove as all day long trying to get the best spots in order to see as many animals as possible. He helped us as well for paying the train tickets online (it can be done only with a local sim card)
We wanted to take the Jeep Safari car but unfortunately was overpassing our budget, so we end up with the Safari Van which was more then enough and capable to get us everywhere.
Overall was a very beautiful and interesting experience and i definitely recommend Kevic Tours and Travel and especially Bob for our friends

Absolutely professional from the first point of contact until the end.
We (Group of 2) were in touch with several tour organizations, however, Kevic Tours was the only one who did not hesitate to agree on our very individual tour itinerary including Masai Mara and Amboseli within 4 days only. Already in the planning phase of our tour, we were supported by Bob, who was extremely helpful, patient and able to customize a trip according to our wishes. Bob shared a very informative PDF document including price breakdown, day to day description and pictures of the parks and lodges at any time we requested a change. This document was adapted until we had agreed on the perfect tour. We even asked for one lodge in particular (Kibo at Amboseli) and Bob immediately adjusted the offer. After we had paid 40% of the offer, Bob sent us all the confirmation letters from the booked accommodation. From the very beginning till drop off at the airport, Bob was available and offered support even during our Visa application. We decided to do the trip in a Jeep which was worth it. David, who was our Safari guide for 4 days contacted us before the tour started in order to confirm pick up location and time. David was a great tour guide, who was very informative, friendly and a safe driver. He shared a lot of knowledge with us and tried to find as many animals as possible for us. We also learned, that Kevic is a rather small company which was founded 2 years ago. All in all we were very happy with the tour and the Organisation of it, as it was from the beginning till the end absolutely professional. We would book again anytime with Kevic Tours and will definitely recommend to friends and family who are travelling to Kenia.

Very professional and responsive.
My family and I did the 4 day fly-in safari to the Mara North Reserve. The experience exceeded my expectations. Bob provided detailed itineraries when I expressed interest in the safari and right before my final payment. They were followed diligently. He booked us our domestic flights and they were comfortable and saved us a lot of time. We were picked up in a modern, air conditioned vehicle by who appeared to be a professional driver, I didn’t ask, who drove us to my parent’s hotel and then to the domestic airport and was able to accommodate our unique itinerary. Bob booked us a luxury tented hotel compound that provided exquisite service and security. I felt very safe from animals the whole stay. The compound was unfenced but the hotel provided security on call if you wanted to walk between tents at night. I saw hippos and a crocodile from my tent, but there’s no way they could have gotten up to it. Bob will communicate with you regarding your hotel choice and give you all available options. Our safari guide was an expert, and we saw a large number of animals including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and many more. Our vehicle was modern and 4-wheel drive. I wanted to do more and more game drives and wished we stayed longer. Overall I highly recommend Kevic and it was definitely worth the money.

Exceptional service, easy to deal with, would book again!
Our safari was quite complex as we were travelling around Kenya to see several game reserves, but this was no problem for Kevic tours. We toured from Nairobi to Amboseli, to Lake Naivasha, to Masai Mara, to Lake Nakuru and to Ol Pejeta Conservancy before then being taken back to Nairobi on our 8th day. We managed to book in the Chimpanzee sanctuary near Sweetwaters as well as a quick detour visit to Thomson Falls, none of this was any trouble for Bob at Kevic Tours or John our guide. We had good communications from Bob, he advised of the plan, how to obtain our visa for Kenya and the time we would be picked up after our overnight stay in Nairobi. He also provided us with the Whatsapp number for our guide, John so we could communicate easily. John drove us everywhere, and was very adept at navigating the busy Kenyan roads, nothing was too much trouble for him. He stopped at good rest stops for us to use the washrooms as needed, as we were travelling with two children as well. He made sure we were booked in to each camp we were staying in before he left us to get settled. He knew all the game reserves well, where to find the animals at the right time of day, we had lots of fun. He pointed things out whilst we were driving to each reserve, as we did a lot of road driving throughout Kenya, which was interesting and we had some great conversations about Kenya as well. We thoroughly enjoyed each camp we stayed at, and would certainly stay at all of them again. This was pretty much all inclusive, we just paid for drinks as extra and obviously any souveneirs. However all food was provided and this was definitely plentiful and yum! Drinking water was also provided in the land rover each day. Words cannot really express how much we enjoyed the safari, John was just absolutely amazing and he definitely made it a great trip as well as seeing all the animals as well. We would book through Kevic again as their process was nice and easy, and communication with them was easy as well. Bob checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had been picked up at the airport, and then again the following day from Nairobi, and we met in person on the 3rd day just to make sure all was well. This was definitely a trip to remember!
