Customer service is what sets Kevic apart!
All safari tour operators pretty much offer the same itineraries and pricing so what sets them apart is the customer service and this is where I was so delighted by Kevic, particularly with our main contact Truffy. She was very responsive from the start and easily customized our itinerary around our travel schedule. Some other tour operators give you proposals with many choices between vehicles, hotels, etc and with layered pricing. I found those to be too complicated and I appreciated that Truffy’s proposal was simple but had everything we wanted including a nice safari vehicle. I asked some questions about hotels I had seen positive reviews on and she was very knowledgeable. In the end, we went with all her recommendations and were so happy with them! The safari lodges in Africa are truly special. A few days before departure, I was worried about recent rains/flooding that might affect our trip but Truffy promptly modified our itinerary to accommodate by having us fly directly into the Masai Mara - an incredible experience. If you’re not too cost sensitive, I would highly recommend especially if you have just arrived from an international flight as you’ll be much more comfortable and well rested for your safari in the Mara.
Our driver John was very attentive and we had a great experience with him as well. He was on time and prepared every day and knew the backroad routes of the parks extremely well. He’s also an exceptional driver (it really takes some skill here) and I always felt safe and confident with him.
Overall, I had an incredible experience with Kevic and would highly recommend them. I typically like to be hands on with vacation planning but I had to squeeze this trip in between some other obligations and Truffy did an amazing job. It’s also so nice to feel safe and confident in the door to door service they provide in Kenya, especially for our first time visiting.

Unbelievable!
My experience with Kevic Tours was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, John was the best tour guide we could have possibly asked for. The experience was indescribable and this is all thanks to the way John guided us throughout our time in Masai Mara. We experienced everything we set out to and John answered the many questions that came his way. Can’t recommend enough, and John is the best of the best! Also, shoutout to Bob for his continued support and adaptability throughout the organising process. Great company, enjoy your tour!

Once in lifetime experience made even better with our Tour Guide John
Incredible experience across 3 nights and 4 days spent with John. Picked us up in Nairobi and drove to Jambo Mara Lodges at Masai National Reserve. John answered every question in the book we could think of giving us knowledge we never knew while cracking us up with laughter at the same time. Was a very successful trip on every day with John doing everything in his experience to find the animals we had flown to see and the ones we weren’t aware were on the reserve. If we were doing it again, we would most definitely choose John to be our guide again, as I don’t think the trip would have been the same without him, he was part of our group and showed no signs of tiredness or earache from all our questions showing professionalism and kindness throughout our time with him. Well done John, credit to the Kevin Tours and Travel team, enjoy your Tuskers!

Amazing!
Thank you to Bob for organising our tour. There were a couple of changes on our end during the process of booking and this was not a problem for Bob and the company. Easily contactable, great accommodation and every question was answered quickly and most importantly, accurately.
A huge thank you to our tour guide, John. He was incredible. His knowledge was second to none, his enthusiasm was relentless and it was a pleasure for us to have him on holiday with us. Nothing was too big of an ask for him, he kept us safe and he made sure he gave us every opportunity to see as much as we could! Superior service and wonderful guides!
We had a 5-night and 6-day tour with Kevic Tours and Travel. From the beginning, our agent Felister was most attentive and responsive, answering all our questions back and forth. Our guide Shem and his trainee, Joseph were the ultimate guides. My friend is a birder and photographer and they patiently stopped at every bird (which they identified!) and would drive back and forth to capture the perfect shot. Shem was a very safe and responsible driver, navigating the urban traffic with caution. They went to a lot of trouble and were extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I have no hesitation in suggesting Kevic for your safari in Kenya!

Very kind, professional and motivated to make one’s safari experience unforgettable
As it was our first safari, I was initially unsure which provider to contact. But thanks to the first contact with Felister, which was full of friendliness and professionalism, I quickly decided that I wanted to book the safari through Kevic Tours.
Communication was quick and professional, and you get a detailed overview of all the costs involved.
All our ideas and wishes were taken into account very quickly.
The safari was great and our guide John was very experienced, friendly, discreet and very professional. He really went out of his way to show us as much as he could. Despite the short time, we were able to see a lot of animals.

We had a great safari that lasted 6 days. Everything was very well organized and met all our expectations. Felister was in constant contact with us and even before the trip we felt that we were very welcome. And we were not disappointed.
Our driver/guide Charles was top notch. He made sure we had a fantastic safari and saw as many different animals as possible. In any case, I recommend everyone to choose Kevic Tours. If you hesitate or doubt, they won't let your hopes down and offer exactly the program they promise.

Excellent service with great professionalism
The tour provides a good van that is very comfortable for the long drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara. The driver is very professional and familiar with the route and the wildlife. The overnight stay arrangement is very comfortable and well-planned. There was an afternoon 3hr+ safari game and followed by 4hr+ safari game in the next morning. Both very extensive to cover many areas of the national park. The tour guide is very friendly and helpful. Our requests were both entertained, accommodated, and met. We were able to see the four B5, except the rhino. We will surely come back and join the tour again.
