Excellent service
5/5

My wife and I took a private safari, driving from Moshi to Tarangire, Serengeti, and then Ngorongoro on the way back. Our guide Jerry Bennett was excellent! Native English speaker, with degree in biology field, and manifest interest in wildlife large and small, as well as the flora. Thoroughly enjoyable!
We drove in a modified Toyota Land Cruiser with pop-top roof, which was the standard vehicle for almost all the safaris we saw on the way. Total mileage was 1800 km, most of which is on washboarded dirt roads, so you might want to bring extra padding!
Lodging depends on choice and availability. In Serengeti we stayed at Tukaone camp, which is a glamping setup using large tents, with flush toilets and running water. At Ngorongoro we stayed at Serena Safari lodge, which is a luxury hotel, including balconies overlooking the crater. Food was excellent.
Kili-Tanzanite is a small local company, but Andrew's service was excellent, and he dealt promptly and efficiently with any issues that arose. I highly recommend this company.

A great safari and Kilimanjaro experience!
5/5

We went climbed Kilimanjaro along the Machame route for 7 days with Kili Tanzanita Caminos. We also took a 4 day safari. Both experiences were amazing. Andrew was professional, responsive, and helped us prepare thoroughly. Our guides on Kilimanjaro were top notch and made the experience wonderful. The food exceeded all expectations! Our safari guide was likewise fantastic and fun to be with. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we've ever done. Can't recommend them enough!

This wonderful company met our requirements, at a price that suited us, with quick responses.
5/5

We loved our ascent via the Machame route. Andrew was able to answer all our questions. He tailor-made our trip including the ascent of Kilimanjaro via the Machame route, the safari and Zanzibar. The food was excellent during our climb of Kilimanjaro, our guides were attentive and looked after us. Our trip was perfect, lived up to our expectations, for a very competitive price. I highly recommend them.

Serious, put itself in your shoes, offer you what you want, looking out for you while the trip lasts
5/5

When you travel, you would always want to go with a company that, in bad times, puts itself in your shoes and acts like a friend would. In fact, this is how Andrew, the CEO of Kili Tanzanite, acted. Within an hour and a half of having a serious accident on the Mts Usambara-Arusha highway, Andrew was there, with a new vehicle, he took us to a hotel in Arusha and the next day we continued the trip again. It's not just that its quality-price ratio was unbeatable, nor that he captured our interests from the start: how we wanted to travel and get to know the south of Tanzania. He managed to get us through a bad moment that, without that extra empathy and professionalism, would have ruined our trip.
I am especially interested in insects, Marta, my partner, in plants and both of us in that the trip has a point of discovery. With that premise and with a good availability of time, the trip began in Dar Es Salam, we went to the Udzungwa mountains, to Ruaha NP, Kitulo NP to see orchids, to Mikumi NP, the Usambara mountains, Arusha and Tarangire NP, the plains from the west of Kilimanjaro and we take the return flight at Kilimanjaro airport.
This year we return to Tanzania, this time to get married there. We will put ourselves in Andrew's hands and, for sure, it will be a new unforgettable trip,

Unforgettable African adventure with top-notch guides, luxurious glamping, and a thrilling wildlife
5/5

Right from the airport pickup, these guys were on it. Super helpful in making sure I had the right gear and super flexible with the trip timing. The guides? Absolutely great - funny, charismatic, and all about making our trip special.

Food was delish and the accommodations, especially the glamping on the safari, were top-notch - better than many city hotels. Climbing Kilimanjaro was epic, even though I didn't make it to the top due to altitude sickness. The views? Incredible.

The safari was a standout - saw loads of animals, including those hard-to-spot rhinos. Felt safe the whole time, thanks to the guides who really prioritized our safety.

Would totally recommend these guys for anyone looking to do Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti. Truly unforgettable!

Amazing Experienc Designers
5/5

I loved the experience provided by Kili Tanzanite Safaris Limited. The elements of the experience design were wonderful in every way. We received terrific communication including a perfect training plan, the best possible service, and great value for the money. The Kili Tanzanite team were reliable in every way. The tour could not have been better. I was so pleased with my experience that I have referred five additional parties that have traveled to Tanzania and hiked and toured with Kili Tanzanite.

Very professionally run and driver/ tour guide was excellent. Choice of high end camps was over the.
5/5

I took my two adult children with me for a 5 night stay. The tour guide/ driver had exceptional knowledge and awareness. We even saw a cheetah chase but unsuccessful kill.
Accommodations were high end and most luxurious.
Really enjoyed the excitement of seeing the animals; followed by incredible sunsets and evening quiet time.

Small company with excellent service and cheapest price.
5/5

My experience was the best one because I hiked with this team, which permitted me to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro.
They offer excellent service with a very professional crew, and even when I came alone, I felt like a family member.
I humble recommend them

Local, very helpful and flexible
5/5

We, a family with 3 young adults (19, 20, 23) and 2 adults (51 & 52), traveled for 7 days/6 nights with Kili Tanzanito Caminos. Gabriel, our driver/guide, helped us customise our camping safari optimally according to time, budget and wishes. He knew the spectacular and off-the-beaten-track spots and places (Empakai crater is amazing and the crater highlands track towards the crater even more; Longido local campsite is the real local stuff, away from tourists); he knew a lot about birds, animals and the country; and made us feel safe at all times. Masawe, our cook, managed to come up with delicious and generous meals (we never eat so much!) 3 times a day, under all circumstances (nothing beats freshly baked buns in the morning, a pick nick in the bush with a nice cool salad, or a nice comforting meal after a long drive).
Our train from Arusha to Dar Es Salaam was cancelled one hour before departure and Andrew, the manager, helped us to find a night bus on the spot. This was very much appreciated.
We warmly recommend this local operator.
